This place is billed as a four-star hotel, but absolutely does not feel that way. It is extremely expensive for what is offered. The staff members are rude and unhelpful, making no attempt to be polite or nice to you. The breakfast is limited and cold, clearly not refreshed and while the views are spectacular, and I mean truly breathtaking,...

The views are amazing and if you get room 35 with a private balcony, well worth staying here for a great views, basic room for a good deal. On a second night, stayed in room 12 for the same price, very small, bathroom you can barely stand in. If I had room 12 the first time, I would have never...

I returned with my husband with happy memories from '88 when here with my sister. Several people have said it has the best view in Lisbon. A balcony outside our room was like an eagle's perch. Breakfast room was surrounded by the view as we enjoyed an excellent breakfast. I'm hoping to return to make more memories!

If you love Lisbon, if your lover love Lisbon, please, love to be here. Sweet and calm hotel, inspiring for the view, and next to one of the best sightseeings of Lisbon. Relax and be romantic in this place, where even a breakfast can be charming. Not expensive, not cheap. A night to remember and to build memories.

The hotel is situated in one of the most interesting parts of old Lisbon..The rooms are simple, clean and comfortable, I've stayed here many times over 25 years and never tire of the view or of walking down to a terrace overlooking the Tagus for a beer. There is so much to see and enjoy exploring on foot. One of...

Breakfast is ok but should be improved quality wise and by being ready at 7:30 AM as communicated and not 8:00 AM in realty Good wifi Friendly and professionnal staff Direct booking...

My wife and I stayed for three nights at this charming, quiet hotel with excellent views. We took the metro from airport to Martin Moniz (Euro 1.90, 20 minutes) and then a taxi to the hotel (Euro 5, 5 minutes) to avoid a steep uphill climb. Check-in/out was smooth. Hotel reception staff were friendly and helpful with tips on where...

We spent 4 nights here in late April, in Room 4 just off the lobby. Hotel is in excellent location with tremendous views over the city. The Graca area is like a small village within Lisbon...several restaurants within 10 minutes walking distance and the tram line also 10 minutes away. St George Castle can be reached with a 25 minnute...

The view of the city, nearby castle and river is fantastic! So much so that tour buses bring their patrons to the next-door park for the sight. Thank goodness we took a taxi from the Santa Apolonia Train station as the hills and maze of winding streets make walking totally impractical. The hotel staff were very professional and helpful and...

This hotel, although a little outside of the downtown, is worth the walk to get where you're going. The staff was helpful, the rooms pretty basic but the view...the VIEW! is incredible. Room was clean. Breakfast was basic but it all was fine. We would stay here again.

Staying in Graca & Sao Vicente

Neighbourhood Profile
Graca & Sao Vicente
You can be thankful that most common travel guides don't mention Graça and São Vicente that often. Part of Lisbon's historic center and "Old Town", they feel like independent villages in the capital's center, and more untouched than Alfama. Amazing views, restaurants and parks, as well as important monuments like the S. Vicente Church and the National Pantheon, make this a spectacular option for those looking for a more tranquil walk-around in the center of Lisbon. Graça has been the choice of many younger people over the past years, both nationals and expats, given the cozy feeling of the neighborhood and its hidden secrets.
