We stayed here whilst visiting our daughter who works in Lisbon. This is a first class hotel. Our room was beautiful and adequately spacious. The breakfast was of good quality and offered plenty of choice. The staff were friendly and helpful. I felt the hotel offered excellent value for money. Good to note Covid precautions were observed. Located in a busy neighbourhood as you would expect in a large and vibrant city. We recommend the hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Loved this place (and Lisbon in general). Great recommendation by Sara at the counter for a "Very Portuguese Dinner" restaurant just up the street - but that would be another full review! Very clean, easy to work with - everything we asked for was met with an "of course!". Stored bags after we checked out - of course! Some pods for the in-room coffee maker - of course. Near the main road to downtown, near a Metro stop, near a bus stop. Clean room, with nice amenities, like the coffee maker, some nice soap, shampoo, etc. Did not try the breakfast or any other food in the hotel. Elevators are quick, but standard European small. Not a great place for a view, at least from our room. Bed was firm, but I like that. It was 2 doubles pushed together, so a bit unconventional vs. our home king, but it worked. Plenty of closet space. TV channels were not great - what did come in were either in Portuguese, Spanish or pretty pixilated - but we were so worn out from sightseeing, TV was secondary. Compares well to other hotels for the money in Spain. Would stay again anytime!

Stayed here for three nights and was very pleased with the hotel. Room had good facilities and was clean and big enough. Restaurant was only open for breakfast and anyone on a dinner package. Even we tried to ask if we could pay extra to save going out after a long drive but was told that facility was not available even the bar was not open!. I felt this was strange as they were cooking anyway for the dinners on the package so we had to go out to another local restaurant which was very good. We had a car so the parking is via a car lift so our car was a medium size SUV and was extremely tight fit and the parking bays were very small. Luckily my wife directed me into the lift but would be difficult by myself. Staff were very helpful in every detail and nothing was too much trouble. The location is on a busy road which takes around 30 min to walk into the centre or a €5.00 taxi ride. Overall very happy but disappointed that we could not get food or a drink in the evening.

We came here for two days with my husband. The staff was kind and available. The room was clean with a view on the city. They respect Covid 19 rules so you will feel safe there. Parking in the hotel. The breakfast was good, sweet and salty choices. we will come back next time !

I stayed in hotel on 24th July to 26th July. Hotel facilities are great and quality of rooms and standard is very high. There was not many guests staying because of COVID 19 but rooms were very clean shower excellent and service as well. We have to say thank you to Reuben he gave us and extended check out because we needed to shower and had a later flight, so a big thank you to him. Overall breakfast selection was good staff very friendly and helpful. The location is a 20 min walk away from the main centre or if you take transport it’s 5 mins. I would stay again and recommend this hotel. Price and value of hotel is very very good for lisbon.
