Me and my partner booked the hotel for 6 nights. I had to lengthen our stay which was no problem with the hotel staff and they were very helpful and kind. Our room didn’t have the greatest view as it was directly across a Toyota dealership however we weren’t overly bothered about it. The room was very clean and so was the toilet, they provide a small fridge and a cupboard with a safe to place belongings. Our bed was very comfortable and served us well. They also offered free drinks downstairs in the hot drinks machines. They offended parking for cars and optional room cleaning service daily. The hotel is roughly 5 minutes driving away from the airport. Overall we had a great stay at the hotel ! The only problem we encountered which is the reason for 4 stars is that our toilet shower had an annoying problem with the temperature, it would go from warm to really cold and then proceed to really hot. Apart from that we had a great stay and we would recommend the hotel!

Just outside the hotel, the first morning, I was walking to Estacao Oriente and was approached by a group of four young men who wanted to sell me drugs and wouldn't take no for an answer, it was very scary. Every time I saw gangs of youths outside: there is an abandoned building across from the hotel which I saw them enter, so I guess it's where they hang out. I can't that believe before arriving I considered walking here from the airport, the neighborhood did not feel safe at all. Had to take ubers everywhere for safety: Only around four euros from the hotel to the airport via Uber.

Free coffees, tea, water at the reception is nice. Staff are friendly.

I only stayed for 4 hours, friendly staff, top cleanliness and very good comfort, I recommend it to everyone, a pleasant place to stay especially if you have to go to the airport the next day because it is quite close. 4****

It's our last day here. Hence, I am writing the review now( I usually wait until the end). We only came to Lisbon for a city break, to visit this beautiful city .
Hotel staff is friendly, our room was spotless, I really can't fault them. We've a balcony as well, but since we've been visiting a lot, we haven't spent too much time here. Yes, there is this sad, abandoned building across, but who cares really? If I wanted a sea view, I would've booked a hotel by the sea. The room was warm during the night, and the housekeeping came every day to tidy it. We were 100% pleased with this stay.
There was no noise during the night to be fair. Or we were so tired and slept like babies?!

The room was spotlessly clean and a good size. Also, the guy on reception was really helpful in terms of advising me on how to get the bus from the hotel to the airport (it's easy). However, I was given an exterior room which faced out onto what appeared to be a motorway. The window glazing was totally inadequate and I literally got no sleep. I live in an apartment in London which is situated on a busy road so I am used to a bit of noise but this was something else. I tried to move but there were no internal rooms available. If you do choose to stay here then I would strongly advise you to request an internal room.

Expensive, noisy, terrible view to an abandoned and broken building, worst breakfast we ever had. I really don’t recommend this hotel.. we could hear people from others room all night, we heard the cards and people fighting on the street. The abandoned building in front of our room is creepy. Lisbon hotel are all very expensive compare to many countries we have been traveled to. The only positive point is that the room was clean.

Dear Sarah, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and value the cleanliness of it so positively. While I wish you had a better experience, it is feedback like this that we learn from and use to improve. Our hotel is located just 5 minutes from Lisbon Airport, which is a great advantage for all those who want to travel or need to go to the airport. I am sorry that you did not like the views of the rooms, we can attribute any other room with a view that may be more convenient. In the same way if you want a quieter room. I can assure that we always offer our clients the best price of the hotels in the area, ensuring optimal price quality. We work hard to deliver an exceptional guest experience, and it's apparent in this case that we fell short. If you give us a chance to earn back your trust, I can assure you that we will do our best to give you the great hotel experience that so many of our guests have grown so fond of. Sincerely, Jorge Fernández | Hotel Manager B&B Hotel Lisboa Aeroporto

Booked this B&B on a emergency for my mum and aunty who missed there flight and were stuck at Lisbon Airport. My family have told me to make sure you leave a 5⭐ review for this place. The rooms were clean checking was smooth eventhough they checked in at 00.00am. The most importantly thank you so much to the night staff called "Arthur and weksley" who were so kind and very helpful to them. After encountering such rude unhelpful staff at the Airport. Thank you again so much.

We booked a stay that was to be not refundable. However just before our stay my husband’s father passed away and we were unable to take our trip. We contacted the hotel to see if they had a bereavement policy for a refund under these circumstances. Three airlines and another hotel we had booked for our holidays noted they would reimburse us in full under the circumstances (with documentation). B&B Hotel Lisboa was the only booking that would not reimburse us. Very disappointing.

Great comfort and quality, in my opinion extraordinary value for money!
I was rather hesitant to book a room at this hotel due to the fact that it's so close to the airport, but my oh my it only added to the comfort of my stay!
I was caught by surprise by the Coffee Corner with free coffee and tea which apparently is functioning 24/7, as it's self serviceable!
Decent Wi-Fi too, as I was able to work (and play some video games before bedtime).
Lovely young staff, always with a smile and ready to help you.
Definitely recommend!

I didn’t have the possibility to stay in the hotel but the staff were excellent on understanding the current situation and accepting my cancellation without charging the fees associated.
I’ll take good note of this hotel for my next travel to Lisbon.
