Stayed here as part of a tour around Spain and Portugal. Seems to do a lot of group tour bookings as we were not the only group using the hotel for the couple of days. Clean rooms, reasonable beds and hot water in the shower. A bit of noise at night with slamming doors and voices but it died down...

The hotel is not too far from the airport (it can be reached by bus), and there is a metro station just around the corner, so I found the location very convenient. The area is more business and it looks safe. The hotel is decent, room is clean and has everything we needed, it was perfect for our 3-4 days...

This hotel is very close to Metro station.Central location with lots of shops bars and restaurants around and a massive shopping centre just on the other side of the road. The hotel is very big,I think it is over 8 floors. The rooms are fine and have everything you need in there. Little outdated but very clean. Very friendly staff.

Old hotel, breakfast ok but not great, located 2 minutes metro station which takes you in to central Lisbon for 1.40 euro per person - one way. Car Parking is underground and very tight if you have a long or high vehicle. 9 euros a night. Some staff helpful. Probably would not stay here again.

We had a comfortable room in a small wing a long way away from the front desk. The service was good here and the view from our room was over the city. The breakfast was included and was very basic. There is no restaurant in the hotel but you can get simple food at the bar. It seems to be...

I concur with most of the reviews rating the Berna average. We've stayed with them before, and will most likely stay with them again. Location is great if you are arriving or leaving by bus as Sete Rios is but one train stop away. Arriving by air, The Aero bus makes a stop at Campo Pequeno around the corner. Staff...

On our recent visit to Lisbon, our hotel arranged a transfer transfer with Cityrama (perfect and always on-time!) to/from airport to our hotel, VIP Inn Berna - 3 star - near the “Campo Pequeno” Bullring. The hotel was clean but in need of an update. It is also located a bit too far from the historical district for our liking,...

Although it is in a good location (near metro and lot of bus stops) and the staff is very helpful this hotel is outdated. Most of the rooms are like you are going back on early 70's. It needs serious reconstruction.

The hotel is in a good location for the metro and if you like walking, to the river front pass a lot of sights about 45 mins. It is a hotel locked in a time warp and is in need of upgrading my room was 70s style and sadly plaster cracking over the headboard on saying that the bed was...

Well,I dont like to speak negative about anything if possible but I just think that other people should know what to expect. for people who have never stayed at a nice hotel this may be acceptable. For me it was very depressing to stay, the curtains and carpets were filthy and should have been discarded dacades ago as they were also really...
