while i turned up way too early to check in staff were more than good enough to store my luggage,on my return it was a simple check in,the ibis has a colourful bar which is very fairly priced in my opinion, clients also have the use of a lap top and printer which is helpful to some.you have lifts to all floors and while the bedrooms are basic they are spotless, very quiet and have all you need for a comfortable stay.
the hotel isn't central but a ten minute walk and ten minute metro ride your in the heart of the city and for those who want to visit sintra during your stay the train station is only a ten minute walk away.all in all a comfortable stay.

Ready solid hotel. Friendly staff. Good work space in the lobby for digital work. You can't hear much air traffic while in the room with the windows closed. The rooms are small but they're Ibis sized so we're used to that. We liked the price and location of the hotel as we needed to work in Avenidas Novas and we wanted to book an ALL (Accor hotel). We would stay here again.

The hotel is easily accessible from the highway and has a free parking in front of the hotel (limited places, but enough in this period).

Reception staff (the smile team) was very friendly and helped us with covid certificates.

Breakfast is good, could be improved with some warm food (eggs, sausages).

To summarize - worth for the money.

Stayed here for 4nights on my Trip to Lisbon. The rooms were Clean but they do not have Electric Kettles for Coffee or hot water . In case you need hot water and ready to pay extra also , they do not have room service available. Air conditioning was not working due to which we couldn’t switch on the heating. When asked for a dental kit, we we had to pay approx 5Euros for just a Single toothbrush and a tiny toothpaste.Shower was also not working properly and it felt like water was dripping. After paying so much of money for each night we stayed in this property, was really not worth the money. Not going again.Terrible experience and not sure why they charge so much for simple things

I spent three nights at the hotel at the end of March 2023. I paid a reasonable price and arrived there around noon. At first I asked for a room facing the back of the hotel, but as it turned out to be noisy I had it changed to a room facing the street. The hotel is situated in a business area and the street is very quiet in the evening, so one would sleep well if what they promise really existed. I am refering to the standard ibis policy, promising air condition and not providing any. I have been reading this complaint by lots of people for years, I was hoping that I wouldn't have any problem because end of March the weather is still cold, but unfortunately I was wrong. The weather was very hot, I wore cotton trousers and a t-shirt all day, the room was very hot, I slept and woke up many times through the night, and it was one of the worst stays of my life.
Apart from that, the computer available for use by the guests wasn't working, because it was supposed to have presented a problem "exactly" that morning, and they were "about to fix it ", which never happened the three days I was there. The staff was doing their best but they couldn't help providing us with lies and bad excuses, since those were the orders they had.
There was something very strange with the wifi in my room. There was no wifi when I sat on the table behind the large open window, facing the big street, trying to use my tablet. No sign at all. As I took the tablet and walked towards the door I saw that I did had wifi sign in my room corridor, even inside the toilet and inside the lift. Thank God there was wifi sign in the lobby and I managed to use it. In short that was the third and last time that I visited not just this hotel, but the ibis hotels in general, and maybe the accor hotels in general. There is a great selection of hotels that respect their clientelle, and one can always find an accomodation of good quality, rather than tolerate bad behaviour.

I stayed here with my husband and 12 year old daughter for two nights in March. We previously stayed at the Corinthia a few blocks away but it was too expensive this time. We had a room on the 9th floor. Check in was smooth and reception staff were welcoming. The room obviously was very small especially with the third bed for the daughter, but it’s fine if you don’t intend to spend much time in it. It was clean and functional. No safe or fridge or kettle. Bed was firm but comfortable and our request for extra pillows was fulfilled immediately. Breakfast is a simple continental affair. The hotel is situated near the zoo close to metro stops so is easy to access from the airport or train station and a few stops away from the old town. A day metro ticket is about €6 and that will take you to/from the airport. Plenty of shops bars and restaurants close by. Our room was quiet apart from the planes going overhead which stop at night. We found our room to be too hot, but maybe that’s because we’re British! Overall a good stay, thank you.

I have stayed 4 nights and will not recommend this hotel if you have other choices. It is not closed to the city centre but is still convenient to take metro which is just few mimutes walk and Uber is not expensive in the city. I received very warm welcome from the manager which I thought it was a good start of the stay. However, I will not give high ratings due to the below reasons,

1) Poor sound insulation and very noisy every morning if someones are moving out
2) Water pressure in bath is weak
3) Flush was out of order for twice
4) Breakfast place is a bit dirty
5) Poor serivce from a male staff at reception. One day I asked this staff to help me to make a phone call to a local rental company but he rejected saying that the phone no. is a voice recording number so he cannot help. I did not understand but did not want to waste time on questioning so I just emailed to solve my problem. The next day I tried tp check the flush's repair status from the same guy as I was not sure it was the right time to go back to the room, the guy just told me he did not know and was not willing to check for me. The reply was totally unaccpetable! How could a customer know the situation if the staff did not know and did not check? I showed my anger and he then checked for me and the repair work had been done.

For the above poor service, I hope the management would take note and improve the service standard from the front desk.

This hotel is very, very clean. The rooms are comfortable. This one had a lot more closet and shelving space for our clothes than other Ibis hotels we have stayed at, which was appreciated.
The beds are comfy and the room is quiet. We only occasionally heard noise from people above or beside us. The weather was quite warm in Lisbon in mid-October (20 to 22 celsius) so we were happy that we were able to control the air temperature and make it cool for sleeping.
The hotel is about a five-minute walk to two subway stops. The subway is totally affordable and reliable. Including the walk to the subway, you can be pretty much anywhere in Lisbon in under 30 minutes.
We stayed here for five nights. Went to Porto for a few days and then stayed here again for our last night before flying home. We ate the breakfast once. We were prepared for what was on offer as it's geared to the local region so if you are used to a "north american" breakfast of hot food that's high in protein (e.g., omelettes, bacon) this is not the breakfast for you. But many people seemed to enjoy it.
The hotel team is very nice and helfpful. Overall, this is a safe, clean and comfortable hotel with very good rates.

Overall we had a really good stay here. The hotel staff were helpful and friendly. The food in the restaurant was surprisingly good and inexpensive ($9 for a 12" pizza). The bed and pillows were good, and the breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious. The only negative would be the very small rooms but we knew that was the case ahead of time.

This Ibis property, among countless others in Lisbon, stands out for a relatively secluded location from the action of downtown and a well-oiled team of staff. I only stayed a night, which was enough to deem this place a great option for a short time in the city or for a layover (like in my case). The rooms were the typical, unrenovated Ibis product, which having just stayed at a renovated sister property, let me inequitably compare to my former experience. I hope these rooms can soon be renovated. Nonetheless, they were clean and functional.

I recommend this hotel and will further recommend it upon completion of renovations in the future.

you don't mention who you booked the hotel through but if it was direct this should help +351217235700. if it was through another way i would go on the respective site and cancel it that way,as mentioned this advice should be on your booking confirmation when you originally booked.

Hello, you can include as you wish, daily prices in Europe are almost always shown without breakfast. In this case of the Ibis J. Malhoa I asked to include, it was very cheap and the quality of what was offered to me was great. Worth it.
