Overall, I was very happy with our choice of Lisbon hotel. Reasonably priced, clean and close to the main tourist areas of Lisbon made our stay enjoyable. Our room was on the fifth floor and housekeeping was excellent with the room being clean and expertly prepared each morning (we stayed for five nights). Even though it was November the room...

I loved my 3-days stay at Ibis, because while Ibis quality is always good as standard, this hotel had good location for walking down to centre of the city, and the most I remember the mornings: good breakfast with bouffet, but as local touch traditional pastry and really-really good view to the roof-tops and in-coming plains to the city. Made...

The hotel is well located, near the Marques de Pombal Square, with subway and buses connecting all the city. The breakfast is very good and the reception service is quite efficiente. However, the maintennance in the rooms and elevators must be more careful.

Ibis hotels are reliably clean, well located and reasonably priced and this is no exception. Located close (5 minutes walk) to the Marques de Pombal square where there are good bus and metro connections, it is about 30 minutes walk to downtown Lisbon. A taxi from the airport should be 10-15 euros. The price is very reasonable for Lisbon but...

Hotel in great location for getting into town using public transport and the tour buses. Staff are helpful and knowledgeable. Room was comfortable. Only minor issue really was that to close the door from outside you had to slam it. And you can't access the hotel directly from the car park. As I say minor issues for a pretty good...

The Hotel was nice and clean. Breakfast was okay. Quite small bathrooms but it works! The reason for only giving three in rating is the very bad internet connection in the rooms. It was almost impossible to work because connection got lost all the time.

I booked a suite in this hotel for 5 nights, because our party was three adults. ibis Styles Lisboa didn't require us to book two separate rooms like many other hotels did. Also they offered a complimentary breakfast and wifi for a reasonable price. The hotel room wasn't fancy. It was pretty much an ibis hotel room - simple practical...

Helpful staff. Good breakfast in room on 12th floor giving a good view of the city. Good sized comfortable room, although surprised to hear traffic with window open on 8th floor. Good sized toilet / shower room. 5 minutes from the metro.

We stayed in this hotel with a group of friends. We chose this one as it was relatively close to the centre and the old town, near to the metro station. Also, we expected it to have a nice decor, as it is ibis Styles. Unfortunately we have learned that the decor is not as fancy as we expected it...

The room was spacious, but the bathroom was pretty shabby with some of the hangers coming out of the wall. The sink was so small, that there was no place to put toiletries. It all looked a bin run down. Breakfast was OK, but overall I have stayed at better Ibis hotels, that didn't have "style" attached and provided better...
