We have recently stayed here for the third time. It is like an oasis in the middle of an old residential area of Lisbon. The service is superb, the rooms are spacious and well appointed the gardens and pool are very relaxing and breakfast is in an old courtyard which is very relaxing. This is a proper 5 star hotel...

This hotel is an oasis in Lisbon, it is a little far way some attractions, but Lisbon taxi service is very good and inexpensive, usually it will take 10' journey to any important place and 5,00 euros. The service granted in this hotel is second to none! Everyone in the hotel is friendly and very professional, but with a touch...

This hotel has impeccable service and we had one of the best meals of our 2 week in the hotel restaurant hotel. The grounds are so relaxing after a long and hot day of touring - a small oasis. Only slight negative is that this hotel is in the embassy area and there are not a lot of shops or...

The Olissippo Lapa Palace Hotel was one of two hotels I stayed in in Lisbon, and it was wonderful for several reasons. 1) Location: The hotel was in Lapa, an upscale, residential neighborhood about 30 mins walking to the major tourist attractions (or a 4 euro cab ride). I considered that location a plus (though I can see why others...

We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful former palace. The rooms were 5 star quality - very comfortable beds. Swimming pool and gardens were very peaceful and the lounge bar was relaxing, but the resident pianist made is special. He has been playing there for many years and was very talented. The staff throughout the hotel are simply...

Enjoyed a 3 day stay here with my wife on a city trip to Lisbon. A perfect combination of exceptionally high service and quiet discretion. Luxurious rooms, great breakfast and a perfect outdoor pool. There is a little bit of old world charm that makes this hotel an extra special place to "get away from it all". But I would...

Location is very nice away from the bustle of downtown and surrounding residential area which is not worth seeing on foot. Super views of the bay from the terrace. Nice, clean and comfortable rooms, furnished with attention to detail. Building has some limitations but so do most hotel buildings. Service by staff warm in their shirts more than makes well...

This hotel is overall very nice, but has its drawbacks which need to be taken into account. Good points: - very comfortable rooms and beds, very quiet so you get a good night's sleep; - nice swimming pool, clean with plenty of space and secluded despite it being in the hotel garden; - basic rooms are fairly spacious, around 25-30...

We stayed at Lapa Palace for four nights in a very comfortable room in the main building. The location is in the quieter Embassy section of Lisbon. We selected this hotel over another option more in the centre of Lisbon because we like the idea of having a pool during our July visit. We could not have made a better...
