It's a beautiful and nice hotel in Lisbon which is situated in a renovated and elite part of the city where all the high class hotels and embassies are. It has a pool and a nice personnel which serves you at the pool cafe, room service is also nice, otherwise the staff are arrogant and unfriendly. Sometimes they even behave...

Classic, well appointed, well maintained hotel in a former palace is unbeatable. The property and rooms are in excellent condition with rich wood tones. Staff is very gracious and helpful, including the Bell Person who greeted me by name when I walked downstairs for the first time 12 hours after I arrived at the hotel. Impressive. The bar is comfortable...

A beautiful property with a professional staff off the beaten tourist path. The hotel is located in a hilltop neighborhood among the homes of diplomats. It's a short inexpensive taxi ride to central Lisbon. Fine food as well. Not for those who want to be where the action is.

Spectacular river views, impeccable food and very helpful staff. Lovely breakfast buffet, served in a delightful courtyard. The only drawbaxk to this exquisite location is the proximaty to the center of Lisbon. I would prefer this hotel for a quiet respite from city noise.

We stayed here with our 2 children in an interconnecting room. It's in a lovely quiet area of Lisbon & some of the rooms have good views over the garden & onto the river. We chose it mainly for quiet location & because it had an indoor & outdoor pool (always fun for children). It has an old-world feeling. Lovely...

Stayed for 4 nights in February 2017. Thought the hotel was great, really relaxed atmosphere and the service was second to none. The staff were friendly and attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was varied and fresh, room service was great and we ate in the restaurant one evening and the food was first class. 15 minute stroll...

My family and I stayed at Lapa Palace during our trip to Lisbon in 2014. It was a stunning hotel with a beautiful interior and grounds, a fantastic gem, in the embassy district, which was very quiet. Not too far a walk, although with some hills, was the center of the neighborhood, with a beautiful park and more, and with...

A great place to relax, this place is quiet, has a beautiful garden and pool, a nice spa and gym with an indoor pool, extraordinary food and spacious rooms. It's not too near Barrio Alto, which makes it very peaceful at high. The staff is both helpful and friendly!

Just spent a weekend at this outstanding hotel. With classic traditional attention to detail, it's hard to fault the Lapa. How anyone can question its location beats me. In the elegant, quiet consular district it's a 7 euro taxi ride to both downtown Lisbon and the Belem area.....the two must visit districts. The gardens are beautifully maintained as well. Continental...
