Great location in Chiado. Easy access to main attractions and cafes/restaurants makes it so convenient especially for families with small kids. Apartment has all necessary equipments including kitchen staff even washing detergents. Rooms are well cleaned before use. We had booked 2 bedroom flat for 4 adults and 1 baby and definetely recommend.

My wife and I stayed for 3 nights in an appartment for 4/6 people. This was cheaper than a hotel and gave us more privacy, more space and an amazing roof terrace just for us. The location in the Barro alto is great. It is on the top of a hill so you get a great view for the terrace...

Updated and spacious, for Lisbon, service apartment. Basic, but great value for money. Fully furnished. Access is tricky, with no reception desk or onsite personnel, so be aware. Was available over New Years eve, so its worth a try in otherwise busy periods.

We arrived at night. The elevator was broken and we could not find stairs. I tried to call for help several times and we were very scared. Finally we got a call back and instructions how to get in. We had to go around the corner to find the door, which was unlocked and the inside looked like junkyard. We...

First impressions were good - this is a nice location in one of Lisbon's most agreeable quarters - lively yet easy-going, and a short walk from the Baixa. We found the lift broken down with no stair access, so had to call for help. We were obliged to use a side entrance, which was shabby and rubbish-strewn, and clamber up...

The cons: The dishwasher machine was out of order the entire time. This was extremely irritating since a reason we picked this apartment was the amenities. We had to clean the disches morning and evening. When I called the manager he promised that the cleaning staff would hand wash the dish everyday; I can tell you that did not happen...

Had a two-bedroom flat. It was lovely and spacious with an outstanding view of Lisbon and the shimmering bay from the balcony. The rooms are attractive, with comfy beds. It was also excellent value. The location is ideal, right at the top of one of the city's famous funicular railways.

We were a family with a teenage child and we stayed 3 nights. This hotel is hard to find because of the physical steep hills of Lisbon but using the metro to get down the hill it is very quick and effortless to get to Rossio Square. I really liked this apartment it was in a beautiful building and access...

These Apartments are in a great location, the one we had was spacious, clean and perfect for a family of 4. We would have loved to have one of the terrace apartments but it is not a bother that we did not get one. The apartment seemed to be newly remodeled and was quite clean. We had no troubles getting...

We booked this apartment at the last minute online for a very reasonable price. The place is located on the top floor of a historic building located between the Bairro Alto and Chiado neighbourhoods. It is within 5-10 walks from the best parts of the city historic center. There is no front desk, although we were able to contact them...
