Incredible experience at this hotel. The room was modern, bright, well-designed, comfortable and elegant. The rainfall shower with a waterfall drain (unique design I've never seen before) made it mandatory to enjoy the shower daily. Lobby is expansive, spacious and impressive, with a contemporary use of wood beams lining a gorgeous marble staircase. You'd never know what was waiting inside from the entrance on the street.

Service was excellent! Staff was accommodating, helpful, friendly, informative, patient, polite and pleasant in all instances. Felt like a welcome place to come "home" to while in Lisbon. Advice from staff and recommendations for sites were stellar and accurate. Everyone went above and beyond expectations!

Value at this hotel is substantial: great location just a couple of blocks off the main Avenida de Liberdade made it convenient to shops and restaurants and downtown whilst also being a quieter street. The room and the appointments — lighting controls, space, water boiler and Nespresso coffee maker — make it a luxurious, but sleek experience. (*Would recommend a bluetooth speaker in the room to play music from one's mobile phone.)

Parking, which we used for our rental car, was accessible via the entrance right next to hotel and via the elevator in the lobby. This came in handy for the days we had a car.

Didn't try the restaurant, but the staff was courteous and provided steamed milk for the hotel room Nespresso coffees.

All told: Inspira gets an "A." The staff gets an "A+." We loved staying with them and will happily return when we next visit Lisbon. I highly recommend!

First time in Lisbon, check-in was a breeze but a warmer reception would've been nicer with the slightly cool weather at the time. We we're a bit early but our rooms were already available.

The room was modern and modest in size comes with a lounge chair with foot stool and a working desk area with plenty of plug and USB access for easy charging of electronics. Noticed our main drop lighting was flickering and called for it to be repaired, I was surprised it was the same people from reception that changed the faulty light bulb, problem was solved easily.

Beds were a good size, firm and comfortable for two people. We had no problems with noise from the outside or with the rooms next door. Bath and toilet was a bit weird for me. The toilet was in a separate closet type enclosed room with a single light above, no bidet. The bath is a bit tricky to describe it was in an open space beside the bed with transparent glass as divider but not completely covered in all sides with the sliding door for the cabinets working as the same door for the bath (does not fully cover though) which meant taking showers in the morning were colder and making a water mess on the carpet was inevitable. Water pressure and temperature was always good.

No problems with the internet and the TV has cable with english channels. A glass bottle of water was provided but the next one might have a charge upon request and Nespresso was available with three capsules replenished daily. Towels were clean and soft initially but when I had it replaced in the next few days got one which was rough and one that had a brown/rust stain.

Breakfast was included and it was enjoyable, it was a nice simple selection of breads and breakfast items with fresh orange juice and coffee on tap. Spa facilities access was also included and I had a nice time in the steam room and jacuzzi after a long walking day. Access requires room keys same as the lifts. Lobby had a good number of chairs and sofa and computers with printer, which was useful as I needed to print purchased tickets.

Location was really good for me. It was a one block away from Avenue Liberdade on a quieter side. The hotel was beside the hospital de Santa Marta (made it easier to explain to cabbies) with a nearby small grocer and mini mart and a self service laundry shop a few buildings away.

Reception staff very friendly and helpful. At breakfast staff was just average.
Very good breakfast buffet. However, coffee served is filter coffee which was poor. I wonder why they do not install a good coffee machine for self service. Also orange juice is served and cannot be taken in self service. Always delays in getting a refill.
Standard room is perfect for a single person or a couple for a weekend trip. If a couple is on a longer trip then a larger room needs to be taken. There is just not enough space. Lighting is poor in the room.
The hotel is in a quieter area and close to centre.
There has been some mould in the bathroom. Common problem in many hotels. I always wonder why the cleaning staff do not report this to management or just clean it.

Stayed here for 5 days for a portion of my solo trip. I booked this place to allow for my GF need to be met, to experience a relaxing time in the spa all while exploring Portugal.

Pros:
The gluten free selection is unmatched and tastes great

The spa is soothing and accessible

The location is great

The rooms are a great size

Generally, the customer service is great

Cons:
The floor in the bathroom had a mild mildew smell. As other reviews stated, it’s due to their floor choice

I booked a massage with my stay and there was a lot of confusion from the staff about it. Due to the front desk staff not doing their due diligence when I initially asked, I found myself going back and forth between the spa staff and front desk staff to ensure I got my service at the correct rate.

There were details I should have gotten about the amenities and Lisbon in general, as well as the quirks about the room that were not included, and I had to figure it out myself. For a hotel of this caliber, the front desk staff person (one in particular) could have been more welcoming, detail oriented and committed to my experience.

All in all, I had a wonderful time. I recommend this place to anyone who enjoys minimalist detail, eco friendly choices and a GF, vegan menu.

I stayed here last week and it was okay. I did like the following: breakfast was included with our package, the light switches the shower and how it drains water, having elevators in different locations, ambience of the lobby, and workers at the front desk. I am giving Inspira Liberdade three stars because of two reasons: 1) The location of the shower is in the middle of the room and the glass is see through. If it was opaque, it would work a lot better. 2) The internet was down for a day. This didn't impact me too much as I used my personal data on my phone, but I felt that the issue was not articulated well to guests and many guests were upset. Things happen, so it wouldn't be fair to blame someone for this, but they could have communicated the issue better with a mass voicemail or signs at the front desk. I'm not sure if I would stay again, but I do want to say that I like how one can control all of the light switches and dim the lights from the bed. That's a nice touch.

I really enjoyed my 3-night stay here at Inspira Liberdade. Its location made it convenient to walk to a metro (Avenida) and it was still close enough to the airport for my Uber fare to be relatively cheap (left at 6AM to go to the airport, fare rounded up to 12 euros). Breakfast was great, there was always freshly pressed orange juice available which I appreciated a lot. The food selection was good too (we are also not picky eaters). The counter top with candies/gummies was also very appreciated as I have a sweet tooth. I tried their wellness center as well (jacuzzi, Turkish bath and sauna): I'd have to say that the jacuzzi and the Turkish bath were not as hot as they are usually with my experience in other spas but the sauna was indeed very hot! I do not perceive this as a negative point but more as just a preference. Overall, the facilities were clean and I certainly do not regret having stayed here. Especially with their sustainability pledge. it made me feel eco-conscious and respectful towards the dire housing situation in Lisbon.

This was our second stay at this hotel and we absolutely love it. It is in a great location just off beautiful Avenue Da Liberdade with easy access to the Metro and close enough to many areas to be able to walk. The hotel is extremely stylish with modern interior design and furniture, the bedrooms are comfortable and a bit quirky with a glass walled feature shower in the middle of the room. We found all of the staff to be friendly and helpful. Although the main restaurant was closed in the evening we ate in the bar which was every bit as good with the restaurant menu available and great service. Breakfast was one of the highlights of the day with a wide selection of really high quality food and friendly service. We will definitely be returning!

This is a lovely hotel. The minute you walk in ot feels cool and calm and you instantly start to relax. The rooms are stylish and modern, slept really well on a comfortable bed and no noise. It's ideally positioned, just 10 mins walk from the centre and a short walk to the nearby Tivoli hotel to visit the Sky Bar (a highlight of the trip). Good range of hot and cold food for breakfast and delicious pastries. Would totally recommend to anyone else thinking of going away with their partner.

We had two nights in the Inspira. Exceptionally comfortable with thoughtful touches such as the arrival treats in your bedroom and the breakfast service with proper espresso coffee served to your table. Staff very friendly and willing to assist. If we are ever back in Lisbon this will be our first choice.

My husband and i stayed here for 5 nights in April.
Check in was quick and efficient, and as we were at late check in we had a meal in the bar area which was delicious
The room was a decent size, the bed was a good size if a little too firm for my liking. The bathroom was open plan, almost like a wet room and had a good supply of towels and bathrobes.
Storage space , there isn't much wardrobe space for clothes or drawers, this lead to clothes being left in suitcases, luckily i always pack a travel iron We were on second floor but heard very little noise either from inside the hotel or outside.
Breakfast was continental, personally found plenty to eat, fresh fruits, pastries and cooked items and service was always swift with tea and coffee
two main grumbles, lighting in the room was very dim and the ceiling to floor reflective glass next to the bed was a little disconcerting! That said I would recommend this as somewhere to stay
