Pros: Really friendly and helpful staff, who are also English speaking Good vibe, with sangria nights and other fun social opportunities Clean, great wifi Cons: Common spaces and rooms are pretty small and feel a little cramped, although this may be normal in Lisbon? Lack of privacy in bathrooms, they were tiny and the shower I used had glass doors...

This is definately a gem stone among the hostels in the world. Despite Portugal has some excellent hostels, lisbon chillout lounge hostel is still outstanding due to the kind staff, the great location directly in the heart of the city and the excellent rooms and service quality. I was happy to have stayed here already a couple of times.

Stayed here three nights- just left this morning! I really enjoyed my stay here. The hostel was very easy to get to on the subway from the airport. In addition, it's in a great location. It's outside of all the action, so it's quiet, but only about a 10-15 minute walk away from the main area of town. The staff...

Stayed there for 2 nights. EUR10 per night in a shared room with 7 more people. Good bed, good sheets, good pillow, clean place, very well located and cheap beer. Only the bathroom was not thaat good because was too small, but totally fine. I spoke with some people from the staff and they were all very nice and kind.

I strongly recommend this hostel in Lisbon. It is such a welcoming and cozy place, with great atmosphere and lovely decoration. The rooms are nice and comfortable and the staff is just so nice. I highly recommend this hostel and I'm coming back again soon (hopefully).

Between the garden and terraces, it is a great place to make great friends. Everyone is so helpful and truly wants you to have a good time. I recommend eating at some of the restaurants in the area, authentic and tasty.

The staff at this hostel were so accommodating and friendly and our experience here overall was amazing. My friends and I booked 4 beds but due to a leak our room was unavailable. We were given multiple other rooming options - we opted for staying in a private apartment through Chillout Hostel. The apartment was so nice! They left us...

I've never experienced such hospitality and warmth in a hostel, ever. I fractured my foot in Morocco (which was the place I was at before Lisbon) and arrived in Lisbon Chillout Hostel with a really badly injured foot. Ana, a Portuguese (and really pretty) lady, who helped me to check in, went the extra mile to change my room to...

This place wast great! The staff are the illest hostel staff I have ever come across and they'll take you out to places in Lisbon. Cleaning staff was on point and beer was readily accessible, as well as other stuff. Very well equipped and maintained. You might walk in and think 'hey, this place looks kind of old', but that's...
