A beautiful decorated place, nicely renovated to the now a days practical needs, but with honor for the authentic old fashioned building. A mixed salad, with a lot of artistic freestyle elements, a good sense of humor and poetical details. Every room is different, different flavors, different styles, but they all have in common to be clean, with good beds...

I discovered this hostel during a week end break with friends in Lisbon. The hostel has an excellent location in the center of the town as it is near the historical center and also near the night life area of "Bairro Alto". The place is very nice, well maintained by a very nice crew. I particularly enjoyed the friendly atmosphere...

Friendly welcome by JP to this quirky hostel. Stayed in room 1923 -shared bathroom- and room 1979 ensuite. We loved both of them. On Saturday night the next street down was buzzing has 3 restaurants recommended in the Lonely Planet virtually next to each other.

For the price you would normally pay for a shared hostel room in an European city, we could now have a double bed room. Ours (rm 1987) I think was the smallest, and next time I would definitely take a larger room. It wasn't cramped or anything, but there was little space to get around the bed to get to...

A warm welcome by JP accompanied by a quick tour,he showed us to our room - a massive double, nice and warm, really clean, comfy bed. Small drawback was the multishared bathroom, but the rooms all have a light that tells you when it is free. Good location just below Bairro Alto and close to an airport bus. Right price, small...
