Great people, nice price, very good room view. It´s clean and cool. Great location: near Santa Apolónia train station and of the world famous night club Lux Frágil. It´s near a lot of museums, monuments because it´s located in Alfama.

Anyone who's ever searched for a hostel in Lisbon knows there's no shortage of good options out there. The Alfama Patio Hostel really sets itself apart. The atmosphere is wonderful and calm, same with the neighborhood in which the hostel is located. The people who work here are of unparalleled kindness and I had a great time mingling with hostelers...

This hotel gets very rave reviews but I'm not quite sure why, don't get me wrong it was ok but absolutely nothing special. The bathrooms were not private what so ever but the breakfast was nice, ok location.

Hello, We know what makes Alfama Patio special is the feeling of being home and comfortable, and the experience of getting to stay in a historic building in the oldest part of Lisbon. Perhaps that is not what you needed nor expected from your hostel experience. We have rooms with private bathrooms, but of course our other bathrooms are part...

I love this hostel. Very nice and cosy. Great view and perfect situated in the central city. But very hard to find. I stayed in a privat room with a doubble sized bed. Very small but with a nice view over Lissbon. Most of the staff were friendly. The night staff wore very rude though. Otherwise most of them are...

Had such a great time at this hostel that I actually couldn't leave and ended up doubling the length of my stay :p Loads of activities and fun stuff going on, yet somehow the atmosphere was always super chilled out. I stayed in both the female dorm and the single room on the top floor which had an awesome view...

The room was hard to access with luggage as it was located on the 3rd floor and the very narrow windy stairs was not very safe and hard to climb with suitcase in hand! The showers were cold in the morning and the room was very basic. I would not stay there again for the price I paid which was...

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. We understand that the stairs are rather steep, but we assure that they are safe. We wish you had more enjoyed our cozy single, but we would also like to remind that we are housed in a historic building, and the small rooms are part of the charm of staying in a traditional house....

Staying in Graca & Sao Vicente

Neighbourhood Profile
Graca & Sao Vicente
You can be thankful that most common travel guides don't mention Graça and São Vicente that often. Part of Lisbon's historic center and "Old Town", they feel like independent villages in the capital's center, and more untouched than Alfama. Amazing views, restaurants and parks, as well as important monuments like the S. Vicente Church and the National Pantheon, make this a spectacular option for those looking for a more tranquil walk-around in the center of Lisbon. Graça has been the choice of many younger people over the past years, both nationals and expats, given the cozy feeling of the neighborhood and its hidden secrets.
