I had an absolutely phenomenal visit. All my needs were catered for, the bedding was clean and the facilities were excellent. There is lots of food on hand and facilities in a communal kitchen to use. There are enough showers and toilets to serve the hostel even when full as it was for this festival.

Old Town Hostel was one of the very best hostels I've ever stayed at. The staff are without exception very kind and helpful. It's location in Bairro Alto is very suitable for anyone who wants to explore the city and its nightlife and the prices are reasonable. But there is something that sets it apart from any other place, when...

Old Town Hostel really felt like a home! We arrived and booked two nights, but ended up staying a week and came back later for another two nights. The vibe is very homely, with truly friendly staff. Even the bigger dorm rooms were spacious enough. The breakfast is one of the best I had in hostels so far. We could...
