Me and a friend stayed here late September and we had the best stay ever. I haven't done many B&Bs before and was slightly worried on how I would like it as I'm used to a lot of privacy in a hotel. First off our welcome was so warm. After a terrible taxi driver that was a bit scary on...

We were renting in Lisbon but there was a huge festival the whole month of June so we had to get away. This guest house was wonderful. The beds were so comfortable and we awoke to a delicious hospitality breakfast. We ate outside and listened to the two cockatiels chirping away and the breeze whispering through the trees. Duarte was...

We spend two nights as a family in this nice hostel. There's a tv corner and reading corner at the basement. You can walk out into the garden and choose to have your breakfast outside or inside. There's a shared kitchen with a fridge to store your drinks and other food.

Great lodgings in Cascais with a warm, friendly host looking after all your needs. Duarte knows the area and offers great suggestions for days trips etc. Really enjoyed our week. Kitchen available to cook your own meals if you (or your budget) prefers. Breakfast always fresh and plentiful.

We had a wonderful stay at the Dolce Cascais! Clean and cozy place and rooms, we felt at home right away! Duarte is a very warm hearted, hospitable and helpful person! He gave us very good tipps and advice for surfing, restaurants, doing things in the area, as well as for our further road trip through Portugal! Would come back...

We have just returned from a 2 week stay, we had a lovely holiday, the owner was so helpful, full of local knowledge and advice, the accommodation was lovely, very clean with en suite facilities and a balcony, the breakfast could be taken on the patio, plenty of choice, from fresh fruit, juices, cereals, bread, rolls, sliced meat and different...

As part of my annual holiday I was having a round-trip of the Lisbon Area. Wanting to spend the last days of vacation in Cascais, I was looking for some decent accomodation that would not ruin my wallet. I found the offer of Dolce Cascais Guesthouse over Tripadvisor, and frankly speaking, the good reviews are totally justified. The guesthouse itself...

I stayed with a group of friends, and we needed a budget friendly place that was easy to get to. The owners were so kind, and one of them picked us up form the airport. Breakfast was wonderful, with lots of fresh fruit, bread, and coffee. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Joao was always around, making sure things were...

Duarte, the owner operator and his wife have put together a really special spot. We stayed a couple of nights and would easily stay more. It is up the hill from town so it is not in the center for touring Cascais, but it is a relaxing place that goes the extra step. Duarte was always somewhere close by and...
