We did not land in Terceira when we were supposed to due to weather. Ana was very understanding and did not charge our credit card for the night. We showed up the next day without accommodations set, Ana was not able to take all 9 of us in but went ahead and booked us at another bed and breakfast. She looked after us even though there was no financial gain for them. I would highly recommend staying here just knowing what their customer care is like. Thank you Ana for looking after our family!

Staff very friendly and helpful, Ana & Silvana always available. Parking just outside the entrance. Good breakfast and location. They definitely need to change bathrooms, TOO SMALL, no place to put your things and are black so you have no idea if it's clean or not. Rooms also small without wardrobes so everybody puts they wet clothes on the door outside room. Comfortable bed and good clean every day. Good quality /price

My sister and her fiance stayed at this adorable B&B on their honeymoon this month and absolutely loved it!! I had called prior to their arrival and spoke with Ana Sousa to help me arrange to have champagne and chocolates in their room upon their arrival. This woman was beyond lovely, I can't say enough nice things about her. She arranged everything for me ahead of time, kept me updated on it all and wrote out my note to them in her own hand. She truly couldn't have gone more above and beyond. Anyone who stays here would be lucky to have her taking care of you!!

Things I liked: Silvana is an amazing and wonderful host, whatever you need she will go above and beyond to make it happen, makes you feel right at home, thank you very much Silvana. Breakfast is nice and more than adequate, parking is available in case you decide to rent a vehicle, WiFi is excellent and fast, let's not forget this is a bed and breakfast so should you desire to have a cup of tea in the middle of the night then by all means go for it, different types of cereals, tea & coffee are always available in the dining area, the beds are REALLY comfortable, and hot water is plentiful in the shower if you are the kind that likes to take long hot showers like me, and the house cleaning is impeccable. Things I didn't like: Thin walls and thin doors sound wise, noise can be heard from the guests, felt kinda of embarrassed hearing a couple next door in their most intimate time together on Valentines Day... yikes!!, in my mind I was like dude pls just finish I need to go to sleep.. lol. The bathroom is on the small side but it didn't bother me much.…

Few things that this place stood out: 1. When I was still on the ferrying over to the island, I got a text with proper instructions of access and check-in, making it easier. 2. There is parking right outside and so it's very convenient and FREE! 3. This place is beautiful and 2 hosts are almost always on site to maintain and keep it clean. 4. There are huge garden and common living room/kitchen area attached to the main area, for guests to use for free. We didn't use it because we were outside exploring the entire time, but having these are real bonus. 5. The hosts are very polite and pleasant to talk to. 6. The location is very walkable to Angra and the price is excellent. 6. The hosts are very relaxing and let us pay on the day we checked out (the first day we tried to pay but the machine wasn't plugged in and it wasn't working, so they said no problem and we successfully paid by card the next day) There are few things that I think that could have improved and we have addressed that with the hosts: 1. There was some small bugs (probably coming from outside since there was no screen on the window) and we kept seeing them on the bed. They are small so you have to really look. We addressed that with the hosts at breakfast and they took it seriously and said they have cleaned and sprayed and try to get rid of it. We saw some again the second night, but as soon as we closed the window they appeared to have stop showing up. Overall no big deal, and I appreciate the efforts the hosts put into it. 2. The room is a big tight but it is not a problem. Just the initial pictures gave me different impression.…
