Great location. All rooms look onto the ocean. Ten minute walk into Angra which is a UNESCO heritage site. Concierge were all unbelievable. Great restaurant for Sunday supper when all of the island is shut down. Nice and central to the highway. Photo is the view from our room.

The hotel is spotless but the mattresses are so hard it made sleeping difficult. The outdoor pool was empty and the sauna and turkish bath weren't working. The heated indoor pool was 2 floors below and was dark and scary looking. There were no windows. No one told us that the bar served food that was tasty, we thought it...

This hotel on the west side of the center of town is a pleasant place to spend time while visiting the area. Rooms are clean, hotel is well maintained, beds are comfortable, but a little on the firm side and location is just 15-20 walk from center of town. Some have complained about noise coming from the gym but if...

We were here for Easter week and although the hotel was mostly booked it was quiet, until Easter was over and the aerobics started in the health club below our room - number 127. If you are on the lower level floor like we were ask for a room number lower than 120 or ask for an upper floor. The...

Arrived in Terceria for a spring break getaway and checked in to the hotel. Friendly and courteous staff got us settled nicely. The hotel has great views of the fort and the bay. Small stores and restaurants are near. The disappointing part of the hotel is the WiFi availability. It is poor and sporadic at best. After a day of...

The hotel is in a good location. Across the street are two markets which sell wine, cheese, beer, etc. There are also two cafes which you can purchase food and espresso. The town is a short 10 min walk and there are LOTS of shops for shopping and cafes to eat. Most places take a credit card. There are bank...

The hotel is located a short 10 minute walk to the town of Angra do Heroismo. Very convenient. Our room was adequate, although the beds were hard as a rock and very uncomfortable. The walls are extremely thin, so if you have loud neighbors you can hear every word. The view from our balcony was stunning though, and the service...

Pros: friendly and helpful staff, attractive decor, clean, lots of onsite amenities (spa, dive shop, fitness center, restaurant, indoor and outdoor pools, ocean front) Cons: thin walls mean you hear everything your neighbors are doing, mattresses aren't the most comfortable, very slick floors in and around locker rooms and low contrast thresholds Overall, I'd recommend it if you can deal...

Cons: hotel internet was very poor. Lobby was the only place where you can catch some internet but not always. Hotel has very good spa center and I recommend massage with hot volcanic stones. Overall service is very good. Food in the restaurant is good.
