We stayed at the Vitasol park as a group of four adults. The apartment was well equipped with a kitchen, two bathrooms, large balcony and three bedrooms. There was enough space for at least six adults, although we were only four. The apartment was clean and we felt very safe in the complex.

Cons: Uncomfy beds! Seriously, like sleeping on slabs on granite. We originally had twin beds too. Not great WiFi charged at €5 a day Our 1st room was clean but not spotless. Also had ants, smelt and had dead flies squished on the wall. Electrics a bit dodgy in both rooms. Pros: Beautiful clean and quiet grounds, the pool is wonderfully maintained and has a good bar. The surroundings are lush Underground parking for all rooms Short walk to the marina. About 10mins at a leisurely pace Very nice and friendly staff. We asked to swap rooms for a double bed, this was no problem, the night security guard was also friendly and helpful. Overall good, seems to be a bit hit or miss about the overall state of the rooms

Our family holidays was great and it’s due to the friendly staff, 99% speak English, great spacious apartments, one of them was dirty, poor wi-fe and the manager was rude thankfully we only saw him once but, very poor options for vegan in the residential complex but lots of shops and restaurants around, beautiful place the marine, the beaches fabulous weather.

Nice place to stay with family. Spacious apartments. Nice pool and bar. Not too crowded and safe. Well serviced and not too far from marina. Uber cheap to Marina if ya dont fancy the walk. We had a family member with a sprained ankle who used Uber bavk uo hill to apartments. Overall a lovely stay. Would definitely go back again

Our third visit to Vita Sol having had enjoyable stays in 2010 and 2015. Location is excellent with spacious apartments and good pool facility.. we have always liked it previously so we had no hesitation in booking again That said, this time our feelings were more mixed. The complex is well designed so you are well set up on the basics but we felt that staff engagement was sorely lacking throughout our stay. - check in was minimal with no explanation about the apartments and what's going on (not that we needed this but some form of introduction would have been nice) - the complex was overrun with hire cars parked outside apartments despite everyone having designated underground parking spaces. We suspected nobody was told about this on check in leading to a lot of parking congestion every morning - our apartment was serviced twice in the week with both visits after 6pm when we were busy getting ready to go out - naturally we declined which seemed music to the staff's ears - on the Sunday afternoon the children's swimming pool was infested with flies having not been cleaned for reasons unknown - when I requested the staff address this because children couldn't play they just went back and forth making phone calls between bar/reception without anyone taking ownership of the issue. Was made to feel like I was being a nuisance for complaining about this.. - upon asking for late check out due to a late flight was charged 60 EUR cash just to have the room until 4pm... I could have got a full day for £80 on Google.. Overall I would say it is one of those hotels which works because the building and flow of the complex is well designed, but the staff side needs some work.. if they are bored of serving customers then maybe a new team with the right attitude needs to be recruited instead?
