This is a small hotel where you feel warmly welcome as soon as you pass the door. Catarina takes you on a tour of this family place, while you sip the local almond liquor, offered as a welcome drink. Every room is full of character from the dark, original furniture to the vaulted ceilings. Guests are trusted to help themselves... More

A warm welcome greats you at this little gem in Estoi, a short drive from Faro airport. Parking is easy, just around the corner. There is a sense of entering someone's private home (which is what it once was) rather than staying in a hotel, a feeling further fostered by Katerina's warm welcome. Everything was clean and well run, with... More

Although the weather was not the best when we stayed the service at Casa de Estoi could not have been better. This sweet little hotel was an old family home before it was converted and has managed to keep that old family charm, that so many hotels loose in the conversion. Couldn't recommended enough for those looking for a quite... More

We stayed 2 nights because of a wedding. It is like come and live in a privat home. Very good service by the nice Katerina. Delicious breakfast. Easy to park your car in the nearby streets. Not far from Faro center and the little fish town Olhao.

Grand old house with lots of history, a welcome almond licquor, lovely host Katerina, good small pool and relaxing courtyard and fresh generous breakfast, eaten with fellow guests which makes for some nice chats. Enjoyed pool games though never beat partner despite much trying.

We stayed two nights and would have been happy to have stayed longer. The house is full of character and obviously loved by the manager Katerina. Her homemade cake and jams at breakfast are delicious. We had a room at the back which was nice and quiet. It was very clean and comfortable. Our towels were changed and the room... More

Situated right by the impressive church and managed by the delightful Caterina . There seemed plenty of nearby parking in the side streets or nearby municipal car park . It was easy to walk to nearby local bars. Breakfast was delicious eaten in the open converted stable area . The rooms have antique beds and furniture and there are several... More

we absolutely loved our stay there! Caterina, the manager did everything she could to make us feel welcomed. We really felt at home. It is a lovely hotel with only 7 bedrooms, which was perfect for us as we prefer quiet places. The swimming pool is perfect if you're too hot. The breakfast is also great, a lot of choice,... More

Press the bell and a very pleasant lady answered, her... More

We loved this place, but we only stayed one night. If you like generic modern hotels then this one isn't for you. If you like something that is a bit different with a bit of history then give this a go. The building is lovely and opposite the village square, and it is very relaxing, however, we were aware that... More
