From the photo on the advertisement and the price, our room was not as big as we expected and compared to other accommodation in other places, did not rate as well contrary to what other travellers have said. The bathroom is tiny and anyone who is overweight would have trouble getting in there and moving around. The accommodation is quite...

Small, but nice and clean room. Good service and reasonable price. Good location ang helpful staff. Exellent choice for few night stay (because room is small). Open 24/7, receptionist available all the time.

Stayed 3 nights from 20/4/15 and then 20/4/15. Booking via Hotelopia had not reached hotel and no room was immediately available. Owner Joao Paulo spent upwards of 45 minutes trying to find a suitable local alternative without success. Luckily a late cancellation saved the day. The helpfulness and hospitality displayed by Joao Paulo, who had nothing obvious to gain from...

Amazing room, got it dead cheap, really quiet, 247 reception, great Free Wifi reception, good location, toilet could have been a little more clean as the shower didn't work so had to use Tap! Shops and Cafes were also nearby as Faro it self is not a big City, if u want a quiet break in a fishing Village? Faro...

Staff was friendly and room was okay. We were kind of outside of the main building and on the balcony. It was like a portable family 3-4 persons room they added in afterwards. It was basic but good enough for a night. We had an early flight anyways. Wifi did not work! It was a bit better in the lobby...

A great place, cheapest place I could find. Absolutely no frills but value for what you get. Free Wifi too. Very small rooms but good value. It looks dogey around but the whole area is old and run down. the towns small but 1 ten minute walk and gorgeous. seen famils and old people mainly

I stayed at the guesthouse for 13 nights (in two separate occasions. The room was very nice (room 4) with AC (good in June), a TV, also the bathroom was smal but very confortable. Room was cleaned daily. The only caveat was that, for me, the bed was kind of hard. You also have WiFi on the room. The guesthouse...

The guest house is certainly worth the price. The steep staircase leads to the narrow quirky painted corridor with lots of rooms. There is a place on the roof to eat and walk. We had a room for three on the roof for price for two.

The room was not massive but we are young travellers and wanted something central, easy, clean and cheap. This ticked all the boxes. The room came with an ensuite shower, which was really tiny and I did keep banging my elbows as I am a klutz, but it was clean and towels were changed daily. The room was tidied daily...

It is a very good value for the money. Hot water for showers, a clean and private bathroom. The staff was polite, but not over and above. The area near the hostel seemed rather dodgy so I didn't feel safe, but that may be more of a reflection of the city rather than the hostel. The thing that bothered me...
