We stayed here for one night on the way through from Spain to Portimao. It is a definite no frills place, furniture and everything is old and cheap, but the place is spotless It is more expensive than other no frills places so we expected more. No breakfast just the room but the shower was hot. Not easy to relax...

Very very clean. Great for a short stay. Right opposite bus and train station so ideal for travellers. Great budget hotel. Reception manned 24hrs and many cafes close by. Only 15min by bus from the airport.

Have just returned from a three night stay with my daughter at the Residencial Avenida which is in the perfect location for all amenities. Although small and a bit dated, our room was very comfortable, spotlessly clean and very good value for money. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

The room while outdated (gave a nice charm) was spotlessly clean and the sheets/towels were changed every day. The room had a TV with a multiple selection of various...

(The locals are rude and hostile) Value for money if you do not mind the aged but spotless clean furniture. It is part of the charm of old...

Convenient for bus and train stations which are very close Handy for stopover. the facilities are basic but clean, the room size reasonable with private bathroom. No heating or air con. Closed in December. Staff friendly. OK for a short stopover only in my opinion. No breakfast but many cafes near bye which open from 8.00 am

I've spent only one night as a stopover in August 09. I was traveling with a friend and we took a twin room with shared facilities. The room was clean, and had a sink, TV but wasn't provided of AC. We slept quite well using fans. There is no breakfast service, but there are a few cafes right next to...
