This is my fourth HV holiday. I am a single grandparent and I travel with 3 children. The hotel was very accommodating and I got the room I requested, pool side, ground floor (this room wouldn't suit every one as it can be noisy and busy). Great hotel with excelent infrastructures. The apartment was great, super clean and tidy with an excelent kitchen and bathroom. The pool area is also great with plenty of room for everyone. Maria Luísa beach is a walk away, which makes it a great option for beach vacation lovers.

Visited hotel in October. Couple with child 1 year old. Hotel very good in all aspects: food, very nice staff, unfortunately don't remember names (one man waiter in restaurant by quiet pool and one woman in bar close to reception). We had upgraded room in main building on second floor with large terrace. Room large with kitchen facilities, very clean....
