This is my second visit. Beautiful appartment, spotless and spacious. Lovely staff in this resort and I will definitely return. We stayed in block 18 right beside the path to the beautiful secluded beach. We will definitely return.
Loved this hotel very clean and lovely staff only problem we had was there was no balcony or outside space we have already booked to return in Feb hopefully get one then would recommend this hotel to family and friends Iluy
Informed hotel that my husband was disabled but was allocated an apartment with steps to enter so had to wait whilst they found another one (12A) with no steps. Apartment hadn't been upgraded in a long time, very uncomfortable sofa bed in the seating area. Beds very comfortable.Breakfast was very good, everything you could wish for. Couldn't say same for the evening meal, I have diabetes and all starters were sugar laden, the main courses were very small with no chance of ordering a salad with meal so all I had was meat. No suitable dessert. WiFi kept dropping out and the man on reception told me that there was something wrong with my tablet, a young lady on reception sorted it out but it continually dropped out in the room.
satisfied all round with these apartments. perfectly situated for our needs. good restaurants & local amenities. this was our third visit to quinta pedro dos bios apartments and we shall definitely be coming again and again. thank you.
Just had 5 great nights here the rooms are huge with all facilities you need. Very short walk to excellent bars and restaurants. Had a low floor apartment which sadly didn't have a balcony or patio didn't bother us for a short stay but would want to sit outside if I was there in the summer months. There were only 2 of us got a two bed apartment that slept 6 so we rattled around in it ( in a nice way) Only issue we had was with the hotel manager, think he was the manager he was the most senior on the reception desk. Was rude when we first checked in then we had a problem with the safe to which he seemed unhappy to help me withthen the front door control panel failed and the Wi-Fi went off none of these issues were our fault but he was very abrupt and rude to me walking off and telling me there was a problem with my device not his Wi-Fi....wrong....one of the very polite young members of the reception desk resolved the issue maybe he could learn a lesson in customer service from his staff! Don't let him put u off the rooms and location are great!…
