The hotel was a good experience. Walking distance to the light tower of Sines.

We had a room with a kitchen with a port view. The pictures of the rooms are new and fancy. Our room was not so fancy. It could be that the rooms with a kitchen were not renovated (yet) in sept 2021.

Other than above the location is perfect. The breakfast is amazing. A lot of variaties and healthy. The staff had masks and gloves. The 2m social distance was also maintained every time.

We would definitely go back!

Good experience overall, good hotel. Only con was that the cleaning staff would knock on our door every day at 9.30 to "kick us out" and clean the room, which is not very nice... other than that good experience!

Located in the centre and a short walk from the bus station. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Not the most comfortable and luxurious but is to be expected. I don't have any complaints and is reasonably priced. A few minutes walk to the beach which was lovely and a few restaurants dotted around nearby. Breakfast was good mainly continental but no complaints. WiFi was good as well. Sines is a nice place and worth a visit but I can understand why its not on the tourist map as it is a little run down but offers you a much nicer authentic Portuguese experience as oppose to the busy tourist hotspots elsewhere in south Portugal. Overall our stay was pleasant and thoroughly recommend visiting Sines and staying here.

Perfect experience. Very nice renovated hotel and room. Very clean. Great bed, great shower. Breakfast ok doesn't have 1000 options, but you still get to eat a LOT. That's all you need! Very keen staff kept my item that was delivered 10days before I arrived. People stop complaining, we're not on TV, we're not on "Master-Hotel" !!! Enjoy your holiday instead 😃

For the most part the hotel/appartement is fine. Located in the centre of the old town near several restaurants with decent (but separated) beds a kitchenette and a fridge.
The one big downside is that it is very, very noisy.

The fridge rattles for 5 min every 20 min The room ventilation howled and whistled for several hours sucking air through a wall power socket that we had to cover with a cloth (I kid you not). Luckily the ventilation stopped working later that evening. The worst of all is the noise coming from other rooms. The hotel has the acoustic insulation properties of a cardboard box. You hear noises coming from several rooms down the hallway and your next door neighbor might as well be in your bathroom. Noises from the street, like a relentlessly barking dog (6 am), are unmuffled, even at 4 stories up.

We woke up tired.

The sinerama hotel is located close to the beach and had a nice view of the sea. A lot of nice restaurants and bars around the corner. The room was clean, breakfast was OK and the hotel was in overall in good condition. Sines was a really nice and cozy town with not that much of tourist.

This was a pretty sad place to stay. Cold, tasteless (both the design and breakfast!). One unfriendly staff member.

The hotel matches the town of Sines, which is unattractive, run down and generally not appealing to tourists.

We had a studio with 2 twin beds. It was clean and in good shape but it is definitely in need of a remodel. The studio had a kitchenette, small fridge and silverware/kitchenware. It is within walking distance of the castle and the beach. I don't believe they have a parking lot or at least they didn't mention it and we ended up parking on the street.

Basic facilities with breakfast. Does not have its own restaurant. No multi cuisine restaurants nearby. But the familier McDonald's is available nearby. Rooms with kitchenette available. Shops nearby offer good produce , so someone with a particular food requirement can cook their own food.

Stayed for three nights late February. This is an apartment hotel, so the rooms are quite large and kitted out with a small cooking alcove with two ring cooker, oven and a fridge, drop down table and various plates, cutlery etc. Ideal for rustling up quick snacks.

Slight downside was no kettle, but a suitable means exists to boil water for more coffee. Bathroom is very well fitted out and well maintained.

My room overlooked a fairly busy road and the local football ground with a distant view of the sea. Not marvellous perhaps but I didn't go for the view. The heating / air con equipment was one of those devilish remote controlled ones that you can never seem to get right first time, but managed to get it up and running eventually.

i did have some slight trouble getting to sleep on the first night. It's one of those buildings with strange electro-mechanical rattles and hums, plus odd gurglings from the plumbing, but soon got used to it.

My room had twin single beds. I don't know if the others are similar.

The room had a large TV with Portuguese terrestrial digital channels, so perfect picture. The TV had an HDMI socket enabling portable devices to be connected.

The lobby bar has sports channels which are not available in rooms.

Breakfast in the basement restaurant was included and, for a typical continental breakfast menu, quite acceptable. Self serve with unlimited coffee.

There is no restaurant for evening meals, but I counted five small, all probably family run, establishments within 150 metres in the same street. There is also a small SPAR convenience store in the same street for an easy stock up of the fridge. The big supermarkets have all decamped to out of town locations a mile (1.6km) or so away.

The hotel is on the edge of the old part of town. Maybe not the absolute best area (most Portuguese towns seem to have run down areas in the centre) but close to the old part of town and places to see.

There is no pool but Sines is not a resort town. It is one of Portugal's busiest commercial ports. Most of the other guests seemed to be on work related trips; there were plenty of people with workwear to be seen.

Overall, for the price I paid, it was perfectly ok for a short stay.
