Detailed Reviews
The place was built in 1970 and not much appears to have been changed. Yes, it's been maintained very well, everything works just fine and it's clean. And it'll have a refurbishment from about October this year. The furniture looks like it's still the same although no complaints on quality and upkeep. Half decent breakfast, although it does look like everyday the same. Biggest asset? People are extremely friendly and helpful. Second biggest asset: a nice leafy location in a quiet residential area. Drawbacks: a flaky internet connection and, at least from my open window, the regular noise of what is probably a water pump. Overall, the place is a little bit basic but oh so relaxing. Price/quality ratio is okay, certainly considering this is high season.

Not a great hotel, not a bad one, a reasonable option for a cheap stay with clean rooms, nice staff and a mediocre breakfast. The wifi works and the location is average, just don't expect anything fancy.

This 3 star hotel is slightly more expensive than the nearby Sinerama but that is reflected in the nicer rooms and better breakfasts.
The second floor rooms have larger balconies and get good sunsets apart from 209 that is blocked by the town water tower.
The breakfast room is below ground and therefore a little gloomy but as you are only in there for a few minutes it is acceptable.
The rooms are clean and are cleaned well every day and the staff are all very friendly.
Wifi Access is good in reception, but in our room (108) was sometimes intermittent.
This part of Sines is not picturesque but the harbour is only 5 minutes walk away.

...it's an alright hotel but at 55 Euros per night, it's only 10 euros cheaper than the beautiful Casa do Médico de S.Rafael which is much cleaner, very central and has a fantastic restaurant. We were lazy, rushed into checking-in to a place asap and felt quite silly when we went to Casa Do Medico for drinks and dinner. The location is probably the worst thing about the Buzio. A good 15 minute walk (in a small city) from the historic centre of Sines. Rooms are clean but very basic. Breakfast is poor.

A really nice hotel! Very simple, clean, near the ocean, we even could see it from our window. Loved the staff, really helpful, super professional.
And what a nice breakfast!
Couldn’t ask for more at this rate, even hotels with more * aren’t as cool.
