Excellent location on a pedestrian street. parking nearby on the street. Be careful of the underground parking garage as it is closed on Sundays! Homemade breakfast with eggs, good coffee and pastries. No elevator bur front desk will help and everyone is very helpful. No complaints.

We stayed for just one night but would definitely come again. The welcome is warm, the rooms we had very comfortable with a huge bed, everything is spotlessly clean and the breakfast delicious and copious. The location is central and there is a wide choice of restaurants close by. The hotel doesn't have its own car park but we had...

Loved this charming hotel on arrival. Help with bags and great instructions on parking once we realised that there was no vehicle access, Our room was a double standard, very small, very clean and very nice despite the poor lighting. The owner heard me admire another in passing and next morning asked if we would like a complimentary upgrade for...

Enjoyed our stay here, convenient for walking around town although limited parking, only one designated free space for hotel, which we used that was around the corner. There are other public parking spaces and small car parks in the vicinity, which we were aware of before our stay. Friendly, helpful staff and very clean comfortable rooms. Good breakfast, but had...

This hotel is in the heart of the city, in a pedestrian street (so your SATNAV can't take you straight to the front door). Very well-located for the cafes, restaurants and main attraction is this small city. We liked this hotel very much; our room was small, but came with ensuite, it was clean, and there was little noise from...

I enjoyed this family run and somewhat quirky hotel. It is located right on the pedestrian thoroughfare with shops and cafes. My room was quiet and although the owner speaks no English she was very helpful. Fabulous breakfast, eggs and bacon, great coffee and wonderful fruit and cakes. I would stay here again

Ok, the good bits..... The hotel is located on a pleasant pedestrian street centrally placed with restaurants and other places of interest nearby, there is no parking facilities at the hotel which we knew when booking. The hotel has character and is very reasonably priced paying what should have been only €41 for the night (more on that later), the...

I'm so glad we stayed here. We decided to have a drive inland from our Villa 2 hours away. Selected this place from trip advisor. A great little find. Elisabete was delightful and very welcoming. Beforehand I emailed for where to park and was told "Travessa Almeida Garret". We put this street in the sat nav and it took us...

We stayed at this hotel due to an over-booking at our original accommodation, and luckily for us we got more than we bargained for! A very friendly and accommodating staff; clean, very colourful room; ethnic-styled common areas with a mix of the Mediterranean; tasty breakfast; and one of the best sleeps we had the entire stay in Portugal. Wifi is...
