Excellent B&B, second visit and will definitely be returning. The owners are lovely people and nothing is to much trouble. Breakfast is lovely, really fresh and tasty. The room was very large and comfortable. Would recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Ypres, centrally located.

This is a tiny b&b in a lovely old house. On arrival we were offered a drink, and the owner then told us his family history (this was his family home as a child) and connection with the Menin Gate, which was very interesting. The owners live at the bottom of the garden, provided a lovely breakfast and were very...

This was a superb B&B. Both Steven and his wife Katrien made us feel so very welcome. They provided us with excellent information, recommendations and help, including a parking disk and discount vouchers for Ypres attractions. The house itself could almost be a tourist attraction. It was rebuilt in 1923 by the same family who had had to evacuate the...

The owner had tried to contact us by phone to tell us we could check in early,16.00 being the normal time but my phone was switched off so we arrived at 16.00 as planned. The room we were allocated was on the top floor of the B&B and being a very old building there is not a lift so if...

Beautiful aristocratic house in a central location. The property is stylishly furnished. The spacious room was spotlessly clean with excellent facilities including Wi-Fi. Breakfast was a banquet. Stephen and Katrien went out of their way to inform us of the best restaurants and attractions to visit.

My husband and I recently spent two nights at Katrien & Steven's lovely B&B, and enjoyed our stay very much. They are most considerate and helpful, and offered us useful tips on restaurants, sights, etc. The breakfast is excellent. Our room was large and spotless. All the main sights, e.g. the In Flanders Fields Museum, Grote Markt, Menin Gate, are...

Had a wonderful two night stay here. We were made to feel completely at home and our baby was very well looked after. Location is excellent. Our room was huge with a massive bed and big bathroom. All spotlessly clean. Breakfast was delicious. Simply fantastic!

Steven and Katrien were the perfect hosts for us during our stay of three nights. This was the second time we stayed there and the experience for us and our son was again very positive in all respect. The rooms with en suite are large and well appointed with a very comfortable bed. It is a well restored old house...

We stayed here last year and have just returned from another fantastic stay at this beautiful B&B, the location is great just five minutes walk to the Menin Gate, and the main square. Everything about our stay was as excellent if not better than last time, with a great breakfast, it sets you up for exploring this great town and...

My wife and I and a good friend stayed here in April this year and were totally impressed. The welcome, rooms, service and breakfast were exemplary. We loved it! Lovely people and lovely experience. We would definitely recommend this B & B to others.
