My uncle and aunt surprised us with a voucher for a free breakfast with bubbles. We choose Hotel Polaris in Ostend after reading the reviews. The restaurant is very stylish, black painted walls and a very beautiful chandelier. The breakfast buffet with bubbles was quite extensive, with little breads and fresh baked bread, cheese, ham, eggs, yoghurt, cornflakes, coffee, tea,...

We stayed at Polaris hotel in Oostende for 5 nights in August and we enjoyed it. The rooms are modern and clean, small TV, no fridge but large windows and comfortable. The bathroom is clean and well equipped. The breakfast is self-service but excellent bakery items and plentyful buffet. Freshly squeezed orange juice and delicious pistolets! Friendly owners and great...

Learned at check-in that after 6 pm you have to ring the bell and wait some minutes. Evening entrance and elevator not impressive. Room small but have all basics and were really clean. Comfortable bed and room facing back side really quiet. Breakfast was a great experience, beautiful presented and really fresh. just out the main door is a market...

We went here in appparently the bussiest weekend of the year. Hotel has a good location but was way over priced. We had a very small room, and terrible beds. Breakfast was good. Hotel is in a very old building so high ceilings and old interiors.

Lovely, quaint hotel. Convenient location and helpful and friendly staff. Visited over St Paulusfeesten Festival, which I would definitely recommend. Breakfast was simple but all that was required. Over all a super stay. Would possibly suggest they invested in air con for more humid evenings but this is the only negative I could possibly find.

This is an average hotel. The room was very small room and the bathroom was tiny. Also it wasn't perfectly clean and the window was broken. (Room 303) Great breakfast though. Location is fine. Ok for 1 night but I don't think I'll return.

See the review by Pauline R - I was one of the 20 from Australia - the manager David was very helpful and accomodating, the breakfast was extensive, the location is excellent. The Room I stayed in was fine but I would recommend staying in the rear rooms if you are a light sleeper (only on a Thursday morning, as...

I stayed at this hotel for 3 weeks with a group of 20 people from Australia. The rooms were clean and available as soon as we arrived. David the Manager had helped me organize rental vans before we had arrived. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff who were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great The breakfast area...

the location of this botique hotel is awesome. The staff very friendly and a nice breakfast. In the room was everything available what you needed. The rooms were rather small and clean. The only thing I can say about the room is that it needed a little paint. I would go the again8
