The location of this lovely old hotel is just one of it's many selling points. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfy and everything works. Breakfast is available from 8-10am and the food and drink choice is good. Even the coffee is OK! Our bathroom didn't have a shower curtain or a wall hook for the shower head however... More

Location is excellent, right by the market and all the main museums. The bed is super comfortable, though I did get some bed bug bites.. the bathroom is difficult to bathe in as the shower head isn't on the wall, but we knew that before coming (from the photos). Other than that, the owners are very friendly and caring! Definitely... More

Slight mix-up about numbers of people and beds when we arrived but, apart from that, we had a lovely stay at this hotel. The hotel manager Nikos was attentive and very kind with our many requests and we really enjoyed the breakfast. The hotel's location is perfect if you want to just fall out of bed and dash up the... The only good thing is that the hotel is located just in the heart of Brugge Staff looks tired, tried to be friendly but it's obvious that they need some rest. Room is clean, but old. No curtain in bathroom so everything is wet. They said they know, but do not want to buy a curtain because they cannot clean... More

Have just spent 2 nights staying in the ‘Hotel ‘t Voermanshuys’ in the beautiful city of Bruges (Brugge). The first impression of this hotel is very small (the reception, the lift, the stairs), however the bedrooms themselves are very spacious and with reasonable sized beds. The furniture in the rooms is quite dated, but does seem to match well with... More

Situated right in the centre of the city and within walking distance of everywhere. Small family run by Nicolas who is very helpful to your needs. Hearty continental breakfast to get you started. Lift to all floors but beware of a few unexpected steep steps which are clearly yellow painted. Rooms are large and comfortable beds after all the walking... More

Nikos was welcoming and a great host - he accommodated my late check-in due to delay in train and suggested amazing things to do and see in and around Bruges. The location cannot be more fantastic, it is a few steps to the Markt, Belfry, great restaurants, shops, and museums. The room was clean and contain all the things I... More
