Went there in March, with my girlfriend, and we had the best stay in Europe in this hotel! The hotel owner was very friendly, and really interested in helping us on managing our time, by doing everything we could on the short time we had to stay in Bruges. The accomodation was very good, the bed was simply amazing, king...

This hotel is 10min walk from the center. The room are spacious and very modern. The lady at the reception is with no doubt the best host I ever seen. I can't find any fault to this hotel and I am very surprise they just have 2 stars. Highly recommend this place

Lovely hotel just a 10 min walk or so away from the city centre. Nice to stay in a proper Flemish building, with its quirky architecture. Not five star, but comfortable and very clean. Road facing rooms noisy if you like to open a window at night. All noise was cut out when windows closed. Comfy large beds. Excellent choice...

We stayed for one night in the budget room. Small-ish and relatively basic but clean and had everything we needed. Comfy bed, good location (approx. 10 mins walk into the centre) and brilliant breakfast included. Staff were very helpful, we were given WhatsApp contact info for any queries prior to our trip and the info pack with restaurants etc was...

We stayed here for 1 night. The staff was very nice and helpful from the very beginning. The atmosphere in the hotel is very cosy and welcoming, which we liked a lot. The breakfast was quite okay as well. The room was relatively small but included everything a hotel room is supposed to.

Lovely decor with tea and coffee in room along with en-suite, towels, shampoo, soap and shower gel and a hairdryer. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choice. We went to Bruges for a 2 day break. Very comfortable and clean hotel. The owner lady was very welcoming and friendly and helpful. She explained us where to park the car and what to visit, where to eat, where are the chocolate and the good beer were. The hotel is only a short walk from the center. Continental brakfast...

Truthfully the only reason I give this hotel an average rating is because the staff was amazing! We were welcomed with tips and advice for us specifically geared to our children. The hotel room itself, however was not at all the caliber of the staff. Our room was located on a very busy street that had very loud traffic up...

Given the price I had expected more. As other reviewers have commented, the decor is tired and could do with an overhaul. However that is a secondary issue to the very loud traffic outside and the sweltering temperatures and lack of air on a hot night. We had a very uncomfortable night's sleep as a result. The family suite is...
