This is a perfect hotel for exploring Bruges and getting a taste of history at the same time. The hotel is very old and boasts equally olde world Flemish charm downstairs in the lounge/restaurant and bar with antique and original stained glass everywhere. The bedrooms are very different however, because although they have wonderful exposed beams and original features, they...

My husband and I spent four nights in room #1 on the hottest weekend of the summer thus far. The compressor on the air conditioner quit working after the first night with no satisfactory solutions found. Opening the windows brought relief along with the sounds of revelers in the street below until 2:00 AM and pigeons cooing at 6:00! The...

This is a wonderful choice for city breakers. The hotel is literally in the centre of everything and very close to the train station. We were greeted by friendly staff and received a keys from the top floor room. ( number 8) The room was small but full of character. We had an air-conditioning which was great because the weather...

Hotel salvators is a lovely little hotel, virtually in the centre of the town with a 15 minute walk from the train station. I travelled to Brugge with my mom, we had room 8 which was on the top floor, I wasn't aware of a lift so it might not be convenient for elderly people or people with walking problems....

This hotel is bang smack in the centre of things and for that alone is worth considering. I'd like to give it 3.5 but the scoring above won't let me. We stayed in the annex across the way from the main hotel and we were on the top floor - really steep stairs so no good for anyone with mobility...

I have just returned from a great weekend in Bruges. The hotel is very good. We were greeted by friendly and informative staff and our room was available on arrival. The room was very quirky..with cool lighting and a fish tank. It was quite a small room but fine for the two of us, besides you spend most of the...

Yet another visit to this excellent hotel right in the centre of Brugge and within an easy walk to almost everything. Quirky and interesting with excellent staff it is a great place to stay in the centre of the City. In addition, comfortable rooms and a good breakfast at a resonable price makes it highly recommendable.

Just returned from a fabulous weekend in Bruges and stayed at the Hotel Salvators. We had never visited the city before so had no idea what to expect but Bruges is absolutely beautiful. What a city! The Hotel is located centrally right next to St Salvators cathedral within walking distance of every part of the city. It's only a small...

Very nice hotel in beautiful town of Bruges. Room was very comfortable and a decent size and staff was helpful with providing recommendations. Nice fireplace downstairs where you can have a drink or relax. Breakfast was excellent - there were fresh items to choose from and you could also order from the kitchen - i recommend the belgian waffles -...

A lovely hotel in a great location by the cathedral. Friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast, welcoming bar with a good choice of board games. Quirky room but very comfortable with a lovely view of the cathedral. I don't think there is a lift, but the staff are very helpful so I expect they would help with luggage if needed....
