My daughter and I had a 3 bedroom, very spacious room. The owners were charming. The room was clean, very warm (we visited in November - and outside was freezing) with a fully functioning bathroom. The owner was brilliant, helpful with all our queries, and provided extra things for the room as we asked. The location was the best. You...

Anselmus Hotel is adorable. The gentleman who runs the hotel is very polite and helpful. The rooms and common areas are charming and quaint, very different from a chain hotel. The breakfast is delicious, and coffee is served in an adorable copper pot. One warning though, there wasn't a shower in our room, just a tub with a sprayer handle....

We had the family room on the top floor. It was quiet, comfortable, and clean with enough room for 4. The stairs are steep, but not a problem. Wifi included was free and fast. Breakfast was in a recently renovated sun room. We enjoyed the company of the owner and appreciated the advice on the area

Anselmus is a small friendly family run hotel. It is in a great location just off the Burg square within the old center of Bruges. We walked from the rail station to the hotel which took about 25 minutes. The hotel is smart and clean with a good selection of food for the breakfasts. Our room was at the top...

We stayed here 6 years ago with 2 teenaged children and had a lovely room for 4 in the eaves. This time there were just two of us; we had a more modern double room, which was equally nice (room 8). The room was a good size and very comfortable and the bathroom was large with a new shower, which...

Great wee hotel, we had a lovely clean warm spacious bedroom on top floor. Breakfast was spot on and plentiful. Hosts were friendly and helpful. Great location too. Couple of mins walk to the burg square and 6mins to the markt square. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

Stayed here with friends for a few days. Excellent family run hotel. The rooms were good and well maintained although not very modern. One strange thing about the bathrooms is the showers are not mounted overhead. You have to hold it yourself. That aside everything else was great. The location is central to the old part of the city. Great...

The owner wellcome you when you arrived. It is a small hotel, very close to the main attractions, in a quiet street. Rooms are very clean, big enough and well appointed. Simple but perfect for the purpose. Breakfast is included and it has plenty of variety. I enjoyed my stay there and will come back!
