What a fabulous hotel, a little bit of luxury as a treat for our wedding anniversary. The reception staff were all fluent in English and extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Our room was great, high ceiling, chandelier, lots of storage space, bathroom was clean and the bed was large and comfy. The hotel is a short stroll to the main Markt...

The hotel staff are excellent.Efficient, helpful and knowledgeable. The local restaurants they recommended were of a very high standard and their local knowledge was more useful than any tourist information office. The hotel is first class. Centrally located. The room was comfortable, clean, quiet and the air conditioning not only worked but was easy to operate! No restaurant but there are...

Arrived here on Friday 26th April and parked the car around the back of the hotel for 20 euros per night. The room itself was very lovely, very high ceilings, a bathroom with a shower, and a separate toiler with a walk in shower. HUGE wardrobe and big comfy bed. The hotel is located about a 5 minute walk from...

Our room is beautiful, but there was not A/C. They said that if we opened the window it would be OK. Well it was very still and stuffy. We asked for a fan and instead of delivering us a fan, THEY TURNED THE A/C BACK ON. Now that is great service. The hotel is centrally located. and the price of...

We booked this hotel through a travel agent and it looked ultra nice, having received some great reviews. However, it was disappointing compared to the other hotels we stayed in on our two week tour of Belgium and Amsterdam. We were given a room outside the main part of the hotel, where we had to walk outside and then up...

Stayed here as part of a Titan tour in 2012. Nice hotel with good room. Breakfast was very good; but we were surprised that there was no evening meal available.Staff were very courteous and the hotel itself was really handy for all the main attractions in the city centre.

Comfortable and traditional in style but up to date and tastefully decorated. Friendly, welcoming and efficient staff. Excellent location in the heart of the historic centre - everything is within easy walking distance. We travelled with another couple and based on reviews I requested rooms at the rear of the hotel. I was impressed that the hotel was swift to...

Stayed here a few times now. Great looking hotel and beautifully decorated inside. The hotel is in a perfect location in the center of town allowing you to see all the sights, check out the great bars, and buy lots of chocolate. Very peaceful stay but be aware that there is a noisy bar over the road, if you are...

This hotel is very well placed in the old district of Brugge. The staff was very kind and helpful. Executive room was fine, palced in teh top floor (third) and with good views. Nevertheless, the 4-star rating should include some services that they do not offer like room service or an Internet space where, for example, you can print the...
