Have stayed here a couple of times now and we're never disappointed. It's a great hotel with friendly staff. It's close to the main square but in a quite location. Looking forward to going back in January.

Our room was a tad small but was advertised as a small double. It could do with some cupboard space so we didn't have to keep all our non hangable clothes in our suitcase. Apart from that the breakfast was great, the staff very helpful and the location brilliant. Worth another stay. And of course a fantastic bar attached, The...

Great for a brief visit, we spent one night at the hotel and found all of the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The breakfast on the morning we departed was lovely! I can definitely see myself and my Wife returning to this hotel and the lovely city that is Brugge. An absolute gem!

Lovely place to put your head down for a night or two. Room was clean and staff were friendly. Great location for tourists. Bar is great for a nightcap and to relax after a day of walking around the town.

Comfy bed, good shower if a little cramped, clean rooms. The bar associated in the middle of the hotel has a myriad of beers to choose from! Reasonably priced. Staff knowledgeable and speak English amongst other languages.

Despite it's good location and friendly staff, the hotel quality was very poor. The room was very noisy and dusty with a really bad bed and pillows. Breakfast was also awful due to low food quality...

This is a great hotel for travelers on a budget. We are willing to pay for a great location, a great staff willing to help you, and a good breakfast. We are not willing to pay for a luxury hotel with all the amenities and comforts. The rooms were basic, but they were clean. The location was quiet, but very...

Avoid room 39. Smallest bathroom (no bath). Sit on loo and basin is in your lap. Squeezing in shower an issue as opening very small. No soul to room, no pictures, very drap, one bedside table, single cheap wardrobe, no hairdryer, no tea facilities, in fact no effort made at all. We have stayed in Bruge many times, this is...

We rented two quad rooms in March for our family of 7. They were nice sized rooms for Europe. The upstairs room floors were far from level but I guess you expect that from an old building. The twin beds were comfortable with their nice duvets. The decor was nothing special but the price was great. Bathrooms had barn doors...

It is very close to the main squares, the employees are kind and helpful. The rooms are very clean, open buffet breakfast is stasfying, lovely bar with a large selection of beers. The rooms are very small, it is not noise proof, we easily herd all the noises
