My wife and I have been staying at this little gem of a B&B twice a year for the past 8 years and have been treated so well, we now feel like part of the family. Koen and Annemie could not be more friendly, helpful, warm and welcoming. They are simply two of our most favourite people on the planet....

Friendly and helpful. Right in town yet quiet too. Easy walking to all of town sights. Tasty breakfast even included chocolate. Room on 3rd floor. Excellent restaurant recommendations. I would definitely stay again.

We stayed for four night at this charming B&B, the room was very spacious and nicely decorated, bed comfortable and bathroom modern and very clean. Hosts are so helpful and very nice people. Breakfast as described by others - just great. Just one word of advice - if you have difficulty with steep stairs it could be difficult to go...

This B&B was very cute and everything I would have wanted in an old European town. It is centrally located, and the rooms are great. Everything has been restored, and has a French country design and the private bathrooms are more modern. I loved the breakfast, and Annemiene was helpful. The reason why I am giving it 4 stars is...

This is a wonderful place to stay. We actually couldn't believe our luck at finding it. The house and rooms are elegant and tastefully decorated and the carefully prepared breakfast had many personal touches which we are still talking about. The hosts were charming and helpful and the location of the house is very close to the heart of Bruges...

We actually stayed in the Apartment around the corner rather than in Koen & Annemie's place at Waalsestraat. The B&B looked very, very nice, the apartment gave us a extra freedom and flexibility for our long weekend. The apartment is very well equipped - kitchen, living area, TV, Wi-fi and everything you'd expect. The bathroom had a decent shower bathroom,...

Cultured environment, lovely restored centuries old home, easily accesible to the heart of Bruges. Nice breakfasts, congenial conversations with other guests. The hosts were more than helpful and shared their love of classical music with us.

First, I have to say, that anyone criticizing and finding things wrong at Koen & Annemie Dieltiens' (just to correct the spelling of their names in the T.A. title, above) Bed and Breakfast, have to be either extremely picky or have some hidden agenda. Not long ago ,someone reviewing their establishment, actually made comment on the size of the t.v. and...

My daughter and I stayed at the Dieltiens home the first week of June and had a wonderful experience. The Dieltiens daughter, Amaryllis, hosted us while her parents were out of town and was so kind, gracious, and helpful. She went out of her way to assist us and make us feel right at home. The home is centrally located...

We had 3 very satisfying days and nights at this B&B. In so many ways it helped make our time in Bruges to be a highlight of our trip. The location is quiet and an easy walk to the historic sites in this remarkable Medieval City. There is easy and inexpensive transportation from the train station. The rooms were very...
