I think the hotel is overrated. The location is superb, right along the canal, and the views from the restaurant were lovely, but the rooms were shabby, the wifi terrible, and the parking was far away and more expensive than listed. Also, there were no coffee or tea services in the rooms.

This hotel could not have been better!! The room we had was on the 2nd floor with a view of the canal. The room was a decent size, the bed was very comfortable, the breakfast was delicious. I would stay here again, if I were to return to Bruges.

Lovely rooms, great service and great restaurant. The view from the breakfast room (overlooking the canal) is one of the most beautiful things I have even seen. Prices are very reasonable given the location and views. Seriously, if you are going to Bruges, book this hotel.

The dining room of this hotel sits over where two canals converge and the views are beautiful. The service was excellent and the waiter spoke very good English (a brief discussion of Brexit and Theresa May triggering article 50). And he moved us to a perfect table overlooking the canal. Wonderful rack of lamb (me) and steak ( OH) and...

This is a charming, small hotel located alongside the canal, and just off the main tourist areas. The hotel entrance opens onto a tiny square filled with outdoor restaurants and cafes. The square is busy at lunch and in the evening, but very quiet at night. Our room faced the canal, and in the evening it was pleasant to open...

We had a delightful dinner at the restaurant last night. Very beautiful setting. We sat at a table by the window with a great canal view. To me the atmosphere was old world European elegance. My wife's Mussels were delicious and my fish was perfectly prepared. I'd recommend it for a romantic evening.

A beautiful, atmospheric hotel in the heart of the city. We had room 2 which overlooked the small square at the front of the building. The room was large, clean and nicely decorated. The bed was massive, comfortable and had six pillows! There were drink making facilities and a large TV with cable showing UK programmes, just in case you...

We loved this hotel. It is run by people who care. Interior photos did not do it service as rooms are wonderful. Very good resturant. Great location. Would definitely stay again. Friends stayed in a more expensive hotel and said ours was much better. Iconic setting on camel.
