I stayed at Martin's Bruges for a night. Got a room in their new annexe first which is like a maze and claustrophobhic.. later shifted to their older building- rooms are really small and basic..no tea maker.. only thing that is really redeeming is its good location near the Grote Market

great hotel with underground parking, even if it's a little bit of a squeeze getting out!!. rooms aren't the largest or the brightest and our bathroom this time was a little dated [maybe it's not been refurbed] but you don't go to brugges to stay in the room! great location with friendly, helpful staff, clean rooms, and a great breakfast too.

Being in the historic centre of Bruges we had expected the hotel to reflect something of the local character and ambience. Instead it was totally bland and characterless and could have been anywhere in the world! The standard room we booked was small, dark and claustrophobic; the upgrade was comfortable and acceptable --- but still no pictures and very 'brown'....

We booked Martin's Brugge as a Eurostar package and we were pleasantly surprised. It is literally a street away from the main Square which makes it very centrally located for exploring the whole city. The room was a great size, the bed was comfy and room was clean. i would definitely stay here again if I was in Bruges.

Stayed there for a night Had a wonderful time. The room had a mediaval austerity, The cleanness impeccable, the hospitality okay. The breakfast was fabulous. I recommend the place for business or tourist visit. One would not be that much disappointed.

First and foremost the location was amazing! We were right in the middle of Bruges and it was so easy to get around plus they had underground car parking (for €25/night - not sure of the prices go up in the better weather since we were there in January). The breakfast was good - something for everyone and the staff...

This little hotel was in an extremely convenient area in Bruges. When I booked I did not realise how close to the Market Square it was. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well equipped. Nothing was too much trouble and the price was quite cheap.

Much better than expected. Lovely hotel in perfect spot. Staff was helpful. It's quiet (save for the belfry) but that stops at night. We paid 85 Euros a night which we felt was a great deal for what it was. WARNING: the internet did not work in our room. It worked everywhere else in the hotel including in the hallway...
