We stayed for 3 nights. Very friendly staff, clean rooms, great breakfast. Only problem was creaky floors and thin walls but if you are not sensitive to noise, this is the place for you.

Although this hotel was an ok stay, it was very noisy. It is situated near night clubs which when they empty in the early hours are noisy. Rooms have very creaky floors which wasn't a problem in itself, however when someone arrived in the room above us we could hear every word they said. There is quite a walk to...

My friend and I stayed for 2 nights at Christmas Market time, the studio we were offered on arrival was not suitable so we were moved to a twin on the 3rd floor. This room was lovely and warm, beds very narrow but comfortable. My main complaint was the lack of water in the bathroom (not just no hot water,...

This hotel was in a great location near the Markt center and the Belfort! The staff was incredibly friendly! The room is a bit older, however it was clean and suited my needs as I was in Bruges to sight see and didn't spend a lot of time in my room. The bathroom was nice and clean and big enough...

Avoid this hotel at all cost, the rooms are small, smelly and depressing!! The decor is old and the whole hotel is in need of renovation. We checked in but could not face staying in the dirty and 'hostel' like room, the bedsheets were old and smelt unclean and we couldn't even open a window to air the room. We...

this hotel was really hard to find, the map that came with the booking confirmation was useless. and even when you find the hotel, the nearest parking is the opposite way back up the one way street. the room was unbelievably noisy, with thumping music from a near by club until 5am, creaking floors above, paper thin walls meaning we...

We have just returned from Bruges, loved the city, plenty to see and do. The hotel is very central and easy to find. Decor and bathroom a bit 'tired' but quite comfortable with pleasant staff. The breakfast buffet was adequate but with a limited choice and no toaster! My only complaint was that our room was situated at the front...

My 14-year-old son and I took at 10 day (10+ country) barnstorming train tour of Europe at the end of May. The Hans Memling Hotel was the last hotel we stayed in. Staying there after a grueling (but exceedingly fun and special) trip was a great way to end our extraveganza. The only glitch in the stay was that my...

First of all, let me say that Bruges is expensive! The hotels, the food, everything! That being said, it was completely worth it! We were only there one night, but had a fabulous time. I don’t think it had much to do with the hotel, but I also didn’t have much time there. It is cute and located very close...

Stayed here for one night in December. Really is a no frills place, but the location wasn't bad. I'm sure there are nicer places to stay in Bruges... On checking out, I was charged €53.50 for a 5 minute phone call that I made to a Brussels phone number, complete rip-off, I was disgusted. The receptionist told us there could've...
