We recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately the stay was a let down! It looked very pretty and very festive with beautifully decorated trees at the entrance of the hotel, a very good impression to begin with. We were taken to our room , which was very small but nicely decorated in a traditional style . Instantly my husband...

Our room was delightful- high quality fittings and furnishing. Staff always most helpful and informative - nothing was too much trouble for them. Always smiling and cheerful. Breakfast offered an amazing range of goodies including a glass of champagne - what better start to the day?

Me and my wife decided to get away for a few nights after a hectic year and recent wedding...settled on Brugge and found this little boutique hotel which surpassed all our expectations. Lovely decor, amazing location-close to everything yet still set off the main streets, friendly staff and a lovely, amazing room. This hotel is one of the nicest, most...

Just came back from a stay at the charming small luxury Pand hotel in Bruges. The staff were instantly welcoming - always my first judge of any hotel or restaurant and sat us down with a cool glass of the local strong beer (Martini for my wife) whilst we settled in. The hotel is owner managed and all the staff...

I have been here on several occasions and each time it has not failed to impress the rooms are well appointed and very quaint and quite but you are central to every thing the breakfast is an occasion well worth the money ... My only down is that there is no coffee or tea making facilities in the room. But...

We stayed for three nights in a charming room. Although small, the bedroom was well appointed and cosy. ( If you are planning a longer stay, it may be worth upgrading). The large bed was very comfortable. My only negative comment would be on the bath towels which were quite small. We enjoyed drinks ( accompanied by sweet and savoury...

Thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay at the Pand hotel. The staff are very welcoming and provide a lot of information and knowledge of Bruges. The common areas are very well maintained and very cosy to enjoy a night cap. On arrival we were offered an upgrade at a small fee.As it was a weekend celebrating my birthday, we decided...

Stayed here for four nights in a charming room. We were offered an upgrade, but would have cost quite a bit more. The room was comfortable and fine for our needs. Slightly disappointed by the cracked basin and the extractor fan not working in the bathroom. Good location , close to the centre, and lots of restaurants near by. The...

Good central location. Lovely staff. We didn't have the breakfast as we wanted to try out the local cafes. We did however have the fabulous night cap when we came back after evening dinner out. Ask for a coffee or something a little stronger and you are presented with an array of delicious goodies. We had the "charming room". Which...

We stayed there for 2 nights and the first thing I would like to highlight is the kindness of the staff! At each and every step, every person was lovely and efficient! The rooms have a very cosy atmosphere, each one being different. The public areas have a very nice vintage decoration, very warm. The breakfast is not big but...
