By far the best hotel experience in Ghent. I got the opportunity to travel here on business visiting several areas of Europe. On arrival we were received by a very helpful and professional staff. We had just left Germany and I explained to the concierge that we had a special local libation while in Leipzi, and I wanted to try...

Location can't be beat, right in the city center. If you get a room overlooking the Korenlei, man, you'll probably spend the whole stay just sitting looking out the window! Very cool centerpiece of the hotel, bar with glass elevators & modern curving glass wall that goes up to the roof. A little disorienting if you lean back and watch...

The best location in , in the middle of everything, nice hotel very friendly staff specially in the reception, checked me a nice girl smiling all the time and were very helpful where to go and in the checking our Gert was very provisional and good. As soon as I stepped into the hotel. I loved it. The first part is the great service. Everybody that I talked to was attentive and eager to help. The second part were the rooms. They were big and had everything that I needed. The final part and the best part was the location – just off the center and...

Clean, comfortable and modern but steps away from great site seeing. The staff was all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. We had a wonderful stay. I would definitely stay here again. Great hotel.

Stayed here on business and was positively surprised, the location was good for some sightseeing, staff was friendly, food was good, breakfast as well, Internet free (not super fast but fast enough), tv was large, iron and ironing board was already in the room and view from the windows was also nice. So I have nothing to complain about, possibly...

We enjoyed our stay at the Marriott in Ghent. All of the staff spoke excellent English, which was very helpful since we don't speak Flemish! The building blends into the lovely architecture of the canal, and is surprisingly quiet. You are just steps from the center of town and the St. Michael's bridge. Very comfortable room with well used space....

I knew this was a great location when I booked our room in July, but it wasn't until we walked outside the first night on the Korenlei and witnessed the stunning architecture lit up with holiday lighting and the nearby Christmas markets that we really understood how lucky we were...this hotel was wonderful and the people who work here reflect...

We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. We arrived and were greeted by an extremely friendly and helpful staff. The staff spoke very good English and were able to recommend great restaurants and assist us with getting around Ghent. We were early, so our room was not ready. We checked our bags and went sight seeing. We absolutely loved the...

Upon arrival, we were greeted with a large and wrinkled bed in the middle of the lobby, no concierge, and no valet. We were forced to grab a spare trolley, struggle through the service door, and struggle to bring four large suitcases inside - not once did the desk agent offer to assist. Upon check-in, the platinum rewards member was...
