Although it was cold in Gent, this place provided enough warmth and comfort after a day of strolling through the beautiful city center. A large room in one of the houses in the old beguinage, oozing charm but with all modern comforts. Breakfast was lovely, service by Mieke prompt, unobtrusive. The place is a short walk to the historic center...

My wife and I stayed at this little bed and breakfast in late April/early May in 2015. The host, Mika, was excellent. She was warm and friendly and always had a delicious breakfast spread ready for us every morning. The place is very clean and the room was awesome. Great comfy bed and and a nice clawfoot tub to relax...

We stayed at Door 10 in the 1st floor room. It's a rather lovely, big, warm, coloured rustic room with super comfy bed and lots of amazing sunshine - we were fortunate enough to get some! There was a little fridge for strong anything you wanted and then a coffee maker for a morning kick. The bathroom was very big...

Ideally situated close to the centre. Self contained annex well fitted out. A word of caution, the shower cubicle is very narrow, if you are of a portly shape you could have problems. Owner very welcoming and helpful.

We stayed as a couple for a 3 day visit to Ghent. The hotel is lovely and is in a great location for exploring Ghent. The number 4 tram from the main train station stops a 5 minute walk away and then a 10 minute walk past shops into the centre of Ghent. Hotel very very quiet and the owner...

We loved staying in Mieke's studio flat - it's just a short walk down the road from the B&B and less than 10 minutes' walk from the city centre in a really unique, historic part of the city. Mieke is a really warm and funny lady and knows a lot about the city. The flat is really nicely decorated and...

DoOr10 really is something special! I had such a romantic few days staying here with my partner. The attic room is absolutely incredible - I would recommend a stay here! The B&B is located a short walk from the heart of Ghent. We found it so easy to take a stroll to great restaurants and bars. Breakfast was great too!...

We stayed for 2 nights and didn't want to leave! The attic room was stunning, beautifully decorated in keeping with the age of the building and the bath is brilliant after a long day. Mieke was fantastic, she greeted us at the door when we arrived and made us feel at home straight away, we were given maps and guide...
