We visitted for 2 week in aug this year thank ggodness the weather was fab or we would have struggled to fill our time. The lakeside facilties are truely stunning. Slides and sand for the kids. Watersports, resonably priced bars, and i highly recommend braving a swim across the lake accompanied by the friendly ducks. The site itself has level... More

Great spot. Private pitches, fantastic staff and perfectly situated to get the bus into Ghent. Yes the facilities are a little dated but they are clean and the showers are hot and effective. No complaints here! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Do take insect repellent though.....!!

This campsite has a large number of occupants, and yet it still retains a beautifully peaceful and quiet atmosphere. Camping spots are separated by rows of trees providing some privacy and sense of personal space. Staff are friendly and happy to help with information about getting to and from ghent (22 min bus journey for €3 each way), and what... More

We camped here for a couple nights in July. The Site itself was very well catered for, set about 30 mins cycle from Ghent itself. The beauty of having so much space is the facilities are excellent. There are a large number of sporting activities on offer which range from tennis to rock climbing. One of the highlights of the... More

What a lovely place. Set in an isolated plot about 30 mins away from Ghent, this campsite has incredible facilities. There are numerous sporting activities on offer, cycle hire, shopping and a lovely lake for swimming. The accommodation is vast. There are plots for motor homes, pitches for camping and cabins. We camped on a lovely pitch at the back.... More

Stayed for 2 nights and thought this a decent place. We used it to hook up and go (no hanging around the campsite or using the facilities for us). Bus stop was 5 minutes walk from the site and got us straight into the centre. We were well pleased with this. Reception staff helpful (we stayed out late in the... More

We were not informed that entrance were limited after 23 o clock, after which we had to come back due to a hospital visit. Furthermore, the signage and entrance to the park and the campsite is very hard to find. Finally, camping at the site is grossly overpriced with several unannounced fees being added to the price (44 € pr.... More

This campsite is not a current member of ACSI so no discount is allowed late September for 2 persons in a motorhome is 25 Euros. Restaurant only open lunchtime 12-2. Shop has very little stock. Toilets/ showers very tired looking but clean. Long hook up leads needed. Otherwise good. There is night time noise from the nearby motorway and rail... More
