Location was nice, not central, but quite close to the centre along a canal. It was peaceful and quiet. Rooms were comfortable. Bar had a nice selection of beer. Soap and amnenities were nice. We liked having coffee and tea in our room. We cycled in from lille, so the location was easy to reach. We made a mistake about...

This hotel it's just outside the heart of Ghent, 20 mins walking or so. Our room was pretty tidy and clean. If you have a look outside the window you can enjoy a lovely river view. The staff is kind and helpful.

Europahotel used to be a good hotel, but the standard is going down in full speed! We had a little dog with us. It says pets are not allowed anymore, but it was no problem at check-in. Later this was an issue, so we had to pay 10euro a day. The hotel offers parking, but during the day these are...

Dear Sir, We are sorry to hear that you had a dissapointing stay. We are surpised to read that you had the dog with you upon check in. We talked to the staff and the did not see a dog at that time, otherwise they woul'd have notified you, the dog would not have been allowed in the hotel. Pets...

I stayed there for four nights during a business trip to Gent. The staff (really all of them) were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and quiet. Only the breakfast was (for me) a bit too expensive (15€) as I drink one cup of coffee and eat an egg and one piece of bread only.

Staff were very helpful and spoke good English, we were given a guide book and a pullout street map of Ghent by the Receptionist. In the room was a very large bed as well as fridge and a safe if you needed one, overall a very good room, there was also satellite television which has British channels. The selection for...

Booked this hotel thru Hotwire, got what I believe is a good price. Hotel was easy to find, check in was a breeze. Young lady at the front desk was very helpful, she even had an adapter so I could plug in my phone. Hotel is clean and comfortable ! Would certainly recommend!

Modern hotel by the river, plenty of parking and a great walk into the city along the river, nice safe area, big clean rooms although the bathroom had mould on the silicone joint not good but also very easy to rectify, so I think they should jump on that. Good rate considering it's so close to the indoor cycling track...

Hotel was very nice, things to be aware of though, when my husband booked it online when we were on the way there we were told there was free parking at the hotel, we were fortunate in that when we got there we got a parking spot. When we booked in though we were asked where we parked because if...

Ghent is expensive but is a super place to visit for a weekend. So once you have got the expensive shock out of the way this is a decent enough place to stay even if some of the rooms are getting a bit tired. We would certainly stay there again and the parking is a real bonus. Hotel maps and...

This hotel is situated almost on the river on a calm and peaceful location. Though it is away from the city centre, it is well connected through the public transport with all important locations. The rooms are big and cozy. Toilets are clean and hygienic. The building is energy efficient. Staff is efficient and helpful. But the in-house restaurant closes...
