Excluding the location and cleanliness, no bright side to report: rather small rooms, there is no elevator and the stairs are steep, the wifi comes and goes, no accessories in the bathroom, breakfast so-so ... Maybe it depends by the work in progress, but perhaps it would be better to wait until the end ...

We stayed here recently and we're very happy. It was a fairly easy walk from Dampoort Station, and not a huge distance from town (no hills, only around 1-1.5km, and close to the buses and trams if you do want to walk 15mins). The receptionist was friendly enough, and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the WiFi strong...

(+) Very nice rooms, big and comfortable with newly renovated amenities (especially the bathroom is very nice). The garden is also beautiful in case the weather is good. The whole setup takes you to the countryside instead of a city which is pleasant. The room was clean and everything was in order. Its price on the website was very good for...

Had booked confirmed reservation and upon arriving at 10 pm they wanted to charge double than my confirmed reservation because I was checking in after 9 .30 pm. I have stayed in hotels for 30 years few times a month but never came across this deception. Person at the front desk was mean and nasty. He should never be in...

As a hotel manager I wish to react on this review: The client has never stayed in the hotel and can never judge about the working at the hotel. Indeed he made a reservation for his girlfriend for a budget room located on the second floor at a promotion price of 65 euro, the terms of promotion rates are sufficiently...

From the hotel pictures we were expecting a nice old house, but the hotel is actually in the back patio of the property and is being renovated. It was clean, the staff was friendly, but the overall look is not very nice. We won't be comming back.

Good hotel and size room for the money, a bit out of the main town but a good walk will find you in the main town. If you paRK in Reep 2 come out and turn left and then right this will take you to a square, cross over the square and looking at the church the hotel is on...

The hotel offer in Ghent is limited, so it was not my choice, but I can accept to spend not to much for one night. The room was very small, but very quiet and simple good breakfast. Parking at 300 meters 13 € for 1 day 5 h.

We stayed for 3 nights. The hotel is a little outside the city center, which means 5-15min walking to get to the interesting part of the city (if you visit Gent in March like I did that means you have to take heavy clothing with you!). It is obviously a family buisiness, must admit they are really friendly and sweet...

This hotel was SUPER nice! I arrived with my partner to be welcomed by reception, directed to our room. It was such a large room with a beautiful bed spread. The room was right next to the cannel so we woke up to see ducks floating by in the morning. The rooms were very clean and service was spot on,...

Run by a family, this cosy small establishment is quite comfortable, though the rooms are very small. All the rooms appear to have been built recently and the location of the hotel is not very far from major attractions. It is also easily reachable. The breakfast spread is good but repetitive. The owner family is very nice and helpful. Wifi...
