customer service was bad, needed better cleaning. location was good. Make sure you arrive exactly on time to avoid problems with check in. Breakfast is not what was expected. bread and watery coffee. will not be booking this hotel in the future.

Absolutely disgusting ! There's absolutely nothing positive to say about this place. It's dirty, noisy, ugly and there's mould everywhere on the bathroom. The bathroom stinks, were not clean, we couldn't even take a shower because it was so dirty that we were disgusted ! I had booked a double room with one big bed, instead they gave us a...

We have booked this property for 3 nights. The room was awful, dirty, cigarette smelt, mouldy. The staff and the breakfast was quite ok, but NEVER STAY THERE! The worst place I have ever been, I cried... :(((

Low budget hotel in a great location. Rooms are sparse, no daily provision of clean towels, rooms are dirty but the bed was clean. Breakfast was not worth the trouble. The one female staff member was welcoming but the male staff were rude and unaccommodating. Would not recommend this hotel!

Booked through booking.com and meant to be payment on arrival but payment was taken a few days beforehand. Breakfast was meant to be included but all you got was a glass of orange juice and a cheep croissant (of sorts), anything else and you had to pay. 'Breakfast' was served in what doubled as a takeaway kebab joint. Stairs were...

We were looking for a budget hotel in the city to spend one night while traveling through Brussels. The Royal Hotel seemed like an affordable option at a central location as we just needed a basic room. The experience was less than pleasant, bad service and staff attitude, old and dirty rooms, very steep stairs and pretty much no facilities...

This is a cheap hotel at excellent location in the city center of Brussels near metro station. I did not expect anything fansy and I got everything what I needed: private bathroom with hot water, free wi-fi and simple breakfast.
