I am coming to Brussels regularly, and I will never stay to the Augustin hotel again. I was truly disappointed by the room. It absolutely needs renovation or some kind of improvement. Bathroom with the bathtub but no bath plug! Impossible to take a bath. The bathtub was also full of yellow stains. It looked quite disgusting. Another thing which...

We stayed at the Augustin on a whirlwind stopover in Belgium. You can tell that the hotel is an update of a much older place done well. The room we were given (207) was really spacious, clean, and comfortable. Particularly liked the fact that the room had a huge window that opened out to the street below. Location-wise, it's great....

We decided to spend a night in Brussels and chose The Augustin. The hotel was very nice on the inside. The room was very comfortable. Due to the price of the breakfast, we did not eat there, but found many places close by serving waffles. We appreciated how close the hotel was to restaurants, the town hall and tourist shopping....

Stayed at The Augustin for a short weekend break,, nice hotel with clean and comfortable rooms,, staff were friendly and helpful with their knowledge.. A good breakfast to set you up for the day and worth the money,, the hotel has a cosy bar to sit in and relax, prices are reasonable but easy to get carried away. The only...

The hotel is nice, big room, very clean and well equipped. Very good breakfast. The staff is also very nice. Location is just ok, it's close to city center (Grand Place) and near to Midi Station. However, this area is not that clean and the neighborhood could be better.

The hotel was really nice, the staff truly friendly, the breakfast delicious and the location is also very good. We really had a nice time here. Particularly, thanks for Fabio at the front desk, who was very attentive to our needs during our stay. I do recommend you to pay the breakfast 😊

The hotel is about a 15 minute walk from Bruxelles Midi station (with luggage and children in tow). I didn't enjoy walking to the hotel from the station, however. Two fights broke out in the middle of the street where the hotel was located in a single day. The neighbourhood feels sketchy even without the presence of a fight. We...

Mostly good. Nice room, great bathroom, really nice breakfast. A couple of gripes. I booked a twin room, but was given a room where I had to separate the two single beds, which then obstructed access to the bathroom. On coming back late in the evening, the bar service wasn't great. The same man was covering the front desk and...

The Hotel is not located in the best part of town...if in fact there is such a place. Homeless people, sometimes entire families, are living on the streets. While the hotel appears to have been entirely renovated, it still needs some work. The staff is not very helpful...it is essentially a do it yourself operation: no bellman to help with...
