stayed here as a cheap hotel for a local business meeting. Booked well in advance through an online broker, was meant to be a pay on arrival, but hotel took the money immediately in booking. Room was very dated and below average, cleanish bathroom but a very poor bed. Asked the receptionist where to eat, was told not to go...

We arrived late and with no reservation, just looking for a place to stay for the night. However, the receptionist did not speak very well English, so either he misunderstood me or tricked me, charging us for two nights instead of just the one we had asked for. I have seen some similar comments about them charging extra nights so...

First of all the receptionist could not speak English, so instead of charging us for a room "tonight", he charged us for "two nights". He couldn't solve the problem without the manager so we had to come back the following morning. The manager seemed like he didn't take us seriously, but he made a transfer acting like he was returning...

We are still waiting for the reimbursement ... If you call the hotel to settle the double charging, they just hang up the phone ...

This has to be the worst hotel that I have ever stayed at, is should not even be called a hotel. The rooms are filthy, blood all over the curtains, terrible beds and no heating and very unsafe. When we asked one member of staff to fix our heating we were verbally abused, cursed and screamed at. We were so...

And the hotel / room windows had a quite poor noise insulation. - wifi not working in rooms (at one moment we were four people sitting...

There was very little space in this room and wardrobes were of very poor quality. The general decor and reception area of the...

The Hotel rooms have not been renovated for a while, which I found is an added value, since I hate new hotels that look all the same with that horrible stink of glue and new coming from the furniture. The place is clean, they provide a rich breakfast and people are kind. Some of my colleagues happened to have a...
