The location is absolutely amazing; in the middle of all the happenings! Also from our room we had a view of the grand place's x-mass light show. The rooms are clean and very big and roomy. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. Overall it was a great stay and I really do recommend this hotel.

This is a really good hotel in a great location for central Brussels. I've stayed there both for business and leisure and it worked well for both. Breakfast service was slow this last time. the ventillation in th erooms is noisey and best switched off if you want to sleep!

Finally they did came and spent another hour trying to fix. Finally we were asked to shift to another room. This room appeared to be good but 15 minutes later we realised...

Friendly welcome by kind staff member who immediately started to speak Dutch as soon as he discovered that I was Flemish. Clear and useful information. Big comfortable and clean room. Good bed. Only one small minus: bottle of white wine in the minibar was filled with water.

Right at the heart of Brussels. Absolutely perfect. Step out the hotel and you are among beautiful old buildings, and a few minutes from the Hotel de Ville and the Mannekin Pis. And there's a chocolate shop in the hote l that makes its own cholcolates. Mmmm.

The hotel's location is excellent, my room was comfortable and clean and staff was friendly and very helpful. I spent two nights in the hotel and I would strongly recommend it for a short or longer stay in the city of Brussels.

We were unfamiliar with this hotel chain so had few expectations. We were delighted with everything. Excellent location a few minutes walk from central station, friendly helpful staff, clean attractive room, and an amazing view from our window. A few minutes walk to major sights. We couldn't have been happier with our first stop in Belgium. Only issue, it was...

Fantastic location, in midst of the 'happening' locales. Good breakfast, comfortable room. Be prepared for some noises during the weekend nights. Else ideal for exploring the city. Right next to the central train station, bus and taxi service, Great restaurant options around
