My boyfriend brought me here for my birthday and had made the hotel aware of this. He had requested a nice room and early check-in. Thankfully we got early check-in but as for the room, well, we had just enough space to get around the bed. This trip was particularly special as we got engaged on the Saturday evening and...

A disappointing experience: This hotel is NOT situated in the city center. It also does NOT offer free wifi (the free wifi is extremely slow and you are forced to upgrade to their premium wifi for 10 euros/day). Reception staff is unfriendly. Even though there is a menu offering Room Service for lunch and dinner, the restaurant has been closed...

The location is really good but the rooms are a bit lackluster and old fashioned from when the time hotel rooms where just the minimum space you needed to sleep and there is not a lot of time to breath in the rooms. It might not be a bad idea as an hotel to explore the city and the staff...

I have stayed for 2 nights at this hotel. Breakfast was great, coffee could be better. The hotel situated quite far from an old town in Brussels, it would take you about half an hour to walk to grand place or the mannekin Pis sculpture. Rooms are tidy, quiet, offer tv and wifi. Would stay here again.

I was located in room 529, one light fixture was broken (on the top is was just coming off) the wall next to the window looked like it sustained some water damage. I appreciated the good service at night and day, the staff were very friendly. But I will not stay there again. ALSO, they give you free VERY SLOW...

Great location in wonderful city. You have got to take one step and you will be in the center of the european politics. Quiet place, but perfect service. The main thing is that my girlfriend loved it and this is the greatest recommendation.

Had difficultly booking due to poor communication with staff, gentlemen on the phone were not helpful, abrupt, and didn't seem to care about my business. I ended up booking at a hotel elsewhere in Brussels.

This hotel is located at the top of the main shopping street. Great location to the train station (midi) with only a 20-25 minute walk or very close to a tram stop. The rates are reasonable when booked in advance however they charge €10 an hour for late checkout so might not be ideal if you have a late flight...

I booked last minute for a stay over the New Year holiday so my choices were limited. Because of this I paid a little more than I usually would for a two night stay in a chain hotel but I was not disappointed. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming and the room was spotlessly clean and well equiped. There...

We went for a couple of days, Hotel was an enjoyable walk away from the Eurostar Terminal. Overall a good location for us to work from on daily walks around to explore Brussels centre, historical pieces and the EU business centre (21mls of walking in 4 days). Hotel seemed clean enough and staff were very friendly. Rooms were always tidied...
