Stayed here for one night, loved it. Clean, tidy, friendly staff! Nice breakfast! Very close to the Metro line. If you arrive at Brussels Midi from landing at Charleroi airport, take the metro to Madou stop & the hotel is just up the road! Thank you we enjoyed our stay!

The room was quite small, but cozy and clean. The cleaning lady cleaned it every day. The hotel is near the city center. WiFi was very good! As we left the window open, many mosquitoes flew inside thus it was impossible to sleep, we were horribly bitten..

very nice place with lots of charm and character that you'd expect from a much more pricey property. The rooms are all individual, and all have amazing character from the front door being what looked like apart of a mirrored wall with an odd door handle to open into the room... the room itself was nice if not spectacular, but... The hotel is located 15 minutes walk from the center of Brussels. The staff wasn't very courteous, and most of the time we got the feeling that non-Europeans were an inconvenience. Our room didn't have a kettle, and we were frowned upon when we asked to fill a glass of hot water for coffee or tea anytime after breakfast. The... More

We stayed in a room with a twin and 2 single beds, there was a separate toilet and shower and space in a wardrobe to hang clothes. The room was lovely and spacious it doesn't have air conditioning so the room did get quite hot, but there are windows you can open to let fresh air in. Check in and... More

I was expecting a little bit more of this hotel. Location is good, relatively close to Grand Central and the old and beautiful Grand Place. The neighborhood is good and there are several restaurants and bakeries within a block or so. Breakfast is average and the rooms are small but the bathrooms are good. WiFi worked flawlessly while we stayed... More

Close to central staion, friendly reception managers, relatively small rooms , though compensated by huge bathrooms, excellent wifi connectivity. Cramped common passages, outside noise easily heard inside rooms. Overall good experience

We were there for one night here on the fly. Good value for money. Got free parking just opposite the hotel on the street. The reception is in one part of the building and one need to go the other building , although connected to go to rooms. The lift is rather small but functional. Passage to the rooms are... More

I had chosen this hotel for its midway location between Gare Nord and Gare Central, the two primary railway stations in Brussels. My walk from Gare Nord to this hotel was uncomplicated and this was easy to find. The room was in the front of the hotel and while it was raining, I loved the view from the large window.... More

The location of this hotel can't be faulted. It's close to many popular locations in Brussels and gives easy access to the Grand Place (sights), Rue Neuve (shopping) and the EU district (business). It's also about a ten minute walk from the Central Train Station, from where the train takes you to the airport in about 20 minutes. I had... More
